Staff is rude and cockroachs on wall over food was ignored when show to staff they didnt seem concerned or care
I don’t think the people at Firehouse Subs know how to tell time. I ordered days in advance through Uber Eats for a delivery time of 11:45, and Firehouse Subs put the order in for 12:40. How does that even make sense? How do you miss the mark by an entire hour?
They need to take complete responsibly for making the mistake. My office was looking forward to your food (which I think is rather average) and they were greatly disappointed it arrived an entire hour late. Do better.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Firehouse makes the Best BLT sub. I know because I have tried quite a few places in Venice.

I can't do bread anymore, and they made an incredible bowl for me, . I had questions and Shari handled it with ease. The whole team worked together. This is my new place. You have to try this place!!

Food was good although they were running a special in which you had to order through the app which was down. While I was trying to place my order before the app went down it took my order but the store did not have my order but they charged my credit card anyway.

Honestly think Subway is better. Ordered a DIY sub and somehow they managed to put cheese on my sub without me even ordering it. Doubt I will go back.

Great subs! We did a sub comparison and this place won hands down. Try the Cuban, you won't be disappointed and they have a really good gluten free bun!
