I can't do bread anymore, and they made an incredible bowl for me, . I had questions and Shari handled it with ease. The whole team worked together. This is my new place. You have to try this place!!

Food was good although they were running a special in which you had to order through the app which was down. While I was trying to place my order before the app went down it took my order but the store did not have my order but they charged my credit card anyway.

I love Firehouse. I eat lunch out everyday and was going here twice a week. Then one day I was waiting to order and grabbed a cup and made an ice water at drink machine. One of the ladies behind counter came over and told me I had to pay for the ice water. I handed it to her and walked out.

Worst sub ever. They forgot to finish the sub. No lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Forgot the mayonnaise. Very skimpy on the meat. 13$ for a scrappy sub.
