This is a small diner. The service was wonderful! I had homemade corned beef hash! It was great! They had made cinnamon rolls as a daily special. We took them to go. They were amazing!

Awesome place to eat! I stopped in to have some breakfast and was extremely impressed with the vibe of this place and the flavors of the two items I tried (French toast and biscuits and gravy). Everything was cooked with love. Rusty, my server was super welcoming and delightful. This is the kind of place you can't miss out on trying.

Ordered a 10$ omelette and apparently to add jalapeños adds 5$ to the omelette. I questioned the server and was hit with an attitude, will never be back.
Not vegan or vegetarian friendly. Waitstaff and owner were condescending. When food arrived it was very bland. First Watch is worth the drive and potential wait time for quality, flavorful food with options for everyone. Won’t be returning or recommending Flapjacks to anyone.

We really liked this place in previous years, but this past week we were disappointed and won’t be returning. The biscuits and gravy meat is served pink. I asked about it, and they said it turns brown in the pan and then turns pink again when you add in the gravy. Personally, I’ve never seen meat do this.

Wonderful hidden mom & pop spot in Venice. The waitresses were so kind and attentive. Waffles were delicious, fresh fruit.Try the cinnamon bun you won’t be disappointed. Very small inside so just be aware of close seating. Would definitely return!
