This was our 2nd time here. Very disappointing. Sat at the bar for sushi. Be careful with their sushi menu, items that say cooked sushi are not. We got our selection and when we mentioned that this sushi was on their menu under cooked, and it looks raw, the waitress couldn’t care less. We ordered another roll. 4 rolls in total, could only eat 1. Seaweed paper was tough and very chewy. The fish on the rolls smelled like fish gone bad. Krab Rangoons were decent. But we will not be coming back.
Update- the Boston roll came to us with raw salmon and not shrimp.

We tried lunch menu , it was hibachi shrimp and hibachi chicken . Suggestion is to get soup instead of that iceberg salad ,that was the worst item on the menu. My chicken was ok ,just looked cooked more than grilled . Service was great ,ambient just too dark for my taste .

Return Visit. Beef Pho with Meatballs, hearty, tasty soup. Had the Spicy Maki Combo, not what I was expecting. Sushi made into a spread. Wife had the Shrimp Hibachi, kind of bland this time. Our server was super helpful & friendly. We had a variety of dishes which everyone seemed to enjoy. I opted for sushi rolls which tasted fresh & delicious. Wife had the Hibachi chicken, guests had an order of fried rice and Pad Thai. A relaxing wonderful meal was had. Will be back!

Very rude tubby hostess who would not seat us at available tables or booth but made us wait for a booth that still needed to be cleaned. Talked to us aggressively when I asked her about the available tables. My plate of sushi was not washed, finger prints and food residue on it. Rolls come with alot of fried varieties and less unfried. Tempura is just a ball of grease. Cheap fried shrimp is used, the premade long shrimp sticks so you get more batter than you want. Udon was BLAND. Had to doctor it up after we took it home. DISSAPOINTING

Sushi was just amazing. Presentation also. Our waitress was very friendly. Loved it. Live in Venice for 2 years now and so far this was the best sushi we tasted and believe me, we went to a lot of sushi places. I will definitely come back. Maybe even try their other location in Sarasota.

Stick to what you know and that is clearly not Pad Thai or Pho. The pad Thai wasn’t even pad Thai, it was noodles and chicken- absolutely no color or flavor. The Pho had too much fish sauce and the meat was questionable. You know the quality of food you let go out- there’s no need to contact. Tried the sushi once before and wasn’t impressed at all.
