Their restaurant is HORRIBLE! The service is terrible, the portions are so disappointing and the prices are ridiculous. Go to any restaurant other than this one!

This place is a dump. We attended here for their “Easter Brunch”. What an absolute waste of money. $42 per person to have some of the worst food I’ve ever experienced. They also add gratuity to your bill for a buffet? The server never brought me drink I ordered, did a half A#% job clearing plates. Never go to this place!

Reserved a ground floor room. Was put in a second floor room, no elevator. I have issues with my legs . No working icemakers. No batteries for the tv remote, anywhere on property. Half the restroom’s in the lobby are “ out of order “ so far not a great experience! Hopefully it gets better, I’m a little hesitant to eat dinner here.Rooms: Somewhat decent, appears clean.Safety: Dirty, no working elevator, piles of garbage not removed from hallways.Noteworthy details: Not the cleanest , filthy capering! Utterly disgusting

Low quality. They could do better.Rooms: Old rooms, well furnished but we had to call twice to get clean towels..Safety: It is quite olde and looks like nobody takes care of it.. trash is everywhere on the floor, the pool area is nice but low quality.

Prime rib is now $22.95 not $16.95. But it is still good and the service was excellent.

This place is ok, pool is great, lounge fun. But for the price of a room, I expect a hot breakfast, not, you pay for it. Not even a continental breakfast.Room just ok.I will probably not stay again

My husband planned my surprise party. He talked with the chef to have food to match the theme of party. My family and friends are raving over the food selection. I highly recommend this venue. Chef Chris you out did yourself.

Decent place didn’t have the food. Coffee was very good. Rooms are very clean. The only problem I see is if there are an hour if you need towels, you have to go down and get them yourself because they have nobody working overnight to bring towels up to you if you need them or anything, oh it was a decent place to

we went for the Friday Night ALL U CAN EAT fish n chips, well actually the all u can eat is only the fish, which if it were not for the weird corn meal breading they fried it in would have had ZERO taste/flavour - THANK YOU malt vinegarI will not even venture into our waiters attitude, which was reflected in his tip !!Mom always said you get what you pay for & while we had hoped for better "under $20.00" it was not the case here.Possibly their other features are better,, but we will never know !

Had a poor experience with Catering Manager. Did not set up Catering function as we asked for. Tables dirty as well as chafing dishes. Was rude as well. Staff was unavailable during function of 40. Later called supervisor. She did not return email or call till a week later. At this point never apologized. Response was it was a miscommunication. Will not use hotel in future

We didn't stay at the hotel so I have no comment on the rooms. We did however stop in the restaurant for their breakfast buffet. The staff people up front were not very friendly as they were talking amongst themselves and didn't acknowledge us. Even when they stopped talking they still didn't acknowledge us and when we asked if they still offered the buffet just answered yes without even indicating where the restaurant is located as it is not visible from the front desk. It was not crowded at all and we were there long before closing. They had a half a piece of French toast, very little bacon and ham, no waffles we're even offered and they're only option for toast was white bread. No bagels, English muffins or wheat toast. It's obvious their cook is not from the south as the sausage gravy was like water and had no taste and the biscuits were not impressive. The burners underneath the food trays we're sitting directly on the table so the food was barely warm. The worst part is that they automatically add an 18% gratuity to your bill and for what reason, they never brought out any additional food and the server only came to our table at the very end to pick up the dishes and leave the check. Don't waste your money.
