The potential is there but when your first interaction with the person taking your order is negative it doesn’t make you want to come back.
The barista/counter person acted like we were an inconvenience to her. Really disappointed because the chai was good and we definitely wanted to come back for the açaí bowls.

Was excited to visit but when I got there at 3:30 was told I couldn’t get a hot coffee even though they close at 4pm as staff was more concerned with closing then serving coffee. Very disappointing, took my business elsewhere.

Came here a few weeks ago while on vacation with my boyfriend and loved it! Food was great/high quality but pricy, the matcha I had was good but had a little too much milk to the ratio of matcha, and the atmosphere was very nice and clean. Didn’t take long to get our food out we were very impressed! Can’t wait to come back to visit :)

so amazing!!! the cashier and everyone in the back were so kind and very helpful with all my questions! if i wasnt visiting i would come back all the time! love this place definitely going to recommend! best food ive ever had!

Not only does this place not tip their drivers who deliver the groceries but their lemonade is not homemade. Over 100 pounds of things delivered to this place and they couldn’t even leave a tip

Disappointing experience. there were only 2 people in the restaurant besides my wife and me, we ordered and sat down, we wait for about 20min and nothing. Had to go and ask and it looked like they didn't even sent the ticket to the kitchen so basically they didn't start our food till that moment. We drove 25min for this. I hope they can improve their service.

It's probably my fault for being so used to salty food, but I was definitely disappointed.. the pumpkin bread was grainy bordering undercooked, the breakfast burrito was as plain as could be, and the Pico was almost nothing but tomato... you add lettuce to anything and they'll give you a whole salad, and if you don't want to buy a bottle of water you have to use a community water jug... aritsnal? Sure.. filling, satisfying, or idk... worth it? No not really...

These people are so sweet! Cali at the counter was very kind. I had a large dog with me and wasn’t sure if I could bring her in to order a coffee. Cali kindly took my order and made sure a server brought my coffee out to me. She even provided a dog treat for my poodle friend when I realized I’d left my stash at home. The latte was perfect, too. I enjoyed it on the patio under an umbrella. Lovely.

If you're in Venice, Mission Organic is a must-visit. I had breakfast and coffee there, and everything was outstanding. The service was friendly, the food was fresh, and the coffee was excellent. Highly recommend this spot for a great start to your day!
