Nothing has changed in the 3 years since I started going there. 1 hrs. 45 min. wait for a pizza and chicken parm. sandwich. Horrible tasted like it was frozen, no taste. No apologies, just excuses. Never wasting my money there again.

The remodel of Italianos is awesome! Same great food and pizza plus a full bar!! We went tonight and had an awesome everything pizza. Plus, we spoke with the bartender about a specialty drink called Agua de Valencia and she made one for us!! Great food and great service!!

Called this place and ordered pick up. Once we got there to pick up, the place is clearly under construction. We called them and they said “oh yeah you have to pick it up 15 minutes down the road at our other location.” What?! Why didn’t they tell me this on the phone?! The funny part is there was at least 3-4 other people in the same situation that we had to help guide. Mismanagement for sure. Avoid!

My wife and I have eaten at Italianos north many times but after this past tuesdays experience we will never return. On tueday we brought another couple to Italianos North for dinner about 6:15 pm. We were surprised to see the restaurant empty except for a couple in the back of the restaurant that appeared to be finishing their dinner.We ordered a large pizza, a chicken Alfredo dinner, and a chicken Parm dinner that was listed as a special. We waited for almost 2 hours to recieve our pizza and dinners which arrived luke warm at best. Closer to room temperature. We told the waitress who said she could put it in the micro. The two dinners still came back luke warm at best. It was obvious that the entire meal was probably made at Italianos south and brought up to our location. What a con job. The entire 2 hours that we waited only 1 person came in to pu a take out pizza. No explanation for the delay or the cold meal. Literally the cheese on the pizza was no longer melted. I did send an email to Italianos requesting the manager or owner contact me to discuss the situation before I left this review. No response from Italianos at all. Unfortunately, your required to at least give a one star or mine would have been zero.We will tell everyone we know about this experience. It makes for a good laugh.

On 10/10/2023 called the number for Italiano’s north. And left the margarita pizza order with the person that answered the phone.
Get to the restaurant and found the phone transfers to Italiano’s south and my pizza was made 4mi away.
Fine I jumped in car and ran to Italiano’s south.
Get there, the girl brings pizza, put my credit card and found they made/charged for a pizza with everything. (Not margarita pizza)
I didn’t want an everything pizza so waited till a new margarita pizza was made.
She told me she would reverse the charge for the difference but never did.
They really should’ve offered a discount for their phone line transfer blunder.
While there waiting I witnessed multiple pizza mess ups.
The pizza was medeocre.
Will not recommend Italiano’s (north south or otherwise)
Disorganized and a bunch of cheats.

Coming here for yrs we live far away my husband Wrk’s in the area so we order pizza from here quite frequently. Well last time we ordered never having to chk them drive 1hr1/2 hm to find both pizzas were burnt not just dark but black we took photos said we would address this next time with that my sister came to town we decided to order 2 pies letting them know our disappointment with pictures of our last visit. They offered us 15% off of our new order (should have compensated the whole thing) and said they were sorry & it wouldn’t happen again. We get pies Drive 1hr1/2 hm not thinking we would have to chk it was F burnt again I’m so DONE with this place…. ✌️

Finally found really good pizza in Venice after 7 years of trying almost every other pizza joint around. Thin crust that my husband and I love with delicious red sauce. The Italian chopped salad with creamy balsamic dressing is super fresh and delicious, too. Im from NJ and am used to amazing pizza. Italiano’s has just what we’ve been looking for.
