Great subs - fresh ingredients - lots of good sub options and they also have salads and wraps -my favorite is that you can get a gluten-free bun which makes us always go to Jersey Mike's when we want subs because not many offer this option. They have a very convenient app that you can download which allows you to order from your phone and pay and just walk in and pick up. They put your name on a bag and put it on a shelf and you just grab and go. It's very convenient

I enjoy your sandwiches, but $40 for 2 sandwiches and chips is absurd. I work in food service, and I realize your shareholders are hungry, but so is everyone else. Ridiculous pricing.

I placed a lunchtime order via the Uber Eats app. When the order was placed, I added instructions to withhold the mayonnaise on the club sub. Upon receiving my order, I checked to ensure it was properly prepared before consuming it and found mayonnaise had been placed on both halves of my sandwich. Given that my sub was appx $13 and I was now unable to eat it was extremely frustrating. As a sub shop that offers the ability for patrons to customize their orders, more care should be given to the instructions provided.
