I placed a lunchtime order via the Uber Eats app. When the order was placed, I added instructions to withhold the mayonnaise on the club sub. Upon receiving my order, I checked to ensure it was properly prepared before consuming it and found mayonnaise had been placed on both halves of my sandwich. Given that my sub was appx $13 and I was now unable to eat it was extremely frustrating. As a sub shop that offers the ability for patrons to customize their orders, more care should be given to the instructions provided.

Jess, Nathan, Luis , and Dylan were awesome. My crew was hungry and Jersey Mike came prepared! Awesome atmosphere and even better people making the Sammie’s behind the counter. Happy to come to this location for lunch. Side note, give these people a raise!

AWSOME STAFF! Jess, Nathan, Dylan, Luis had great attitudes mid rush and took care of me and my work crew even with our complicated order. Would recommend this location any day of the weed. Also they deserve a raise.
Had one half sub. Customers that came in after me with bigger orders were getting done over and over while my simple sub was literally just sitting...I would recommend NOT ordering online, you will be put on the back burner. Waited 25 min watching the non existing management manage nothing. The other women, short blonde hair manager was the best, she made sure you were taken care of and have some sort of awareness. The woman today, didn't see any management skills whatsoever. The amount of incompetent employees at this location is astounding.
