November 13th ,Thursday nite at 845 , they didn't like to see customers close to closing went through drive thru drove out of my way to try the new toasted sandwich and they told me the toaster broke 10 minutes ago , Really are you kidding me. Im a reward member and will never go there again , thanks jimmy johns

My first time ever got the Little John that was just the right size for me The bread a 10 soft and crisp ( not toasted) the meat was just two thin slices They have their own brand of chips that were excellent thick BBQ very good
We were the only customers there and 3 employees working behind the counter. It took almost 5 minutes to even get looked at, and then we felt like we were inconveniences to them. The food was fine, service was non-existent.

ok..so ..I've tried Jersey Mike's, Firehouse and now Jimmy Johns I will say overall great sandwich. good taste , bread is outstanding. very fresh overall ingredients. one negative comment.. NOT ENOUGH MEAT!! Jersey Mike's wins the battle overall for that reason.. if you took the meat and dressing from JM and put it on JJ bread you would have the best sandwich. Firehouse is in a unique status as their subs are streamed
