No matter how many times I request a edit it keeps saying the KFC is here. Only the taco bell is at this location.

Service was pretty bad. The wait was awful. Workers felt unattentive at the speaker and at the window they(actually just one of them) got pissy when we checked our order. If we spend 50 dollars, of course we're going to make sure you got the order right since we were only passing through town and love an hour away. If you make us wait 5 to 10 minutes at the speaker to even finally answer us and take our order you can wait 1 to 2 minutes for us to check our order. 1 worker was tacky and belligerent. They yelled at us when we asked about our mac N cheese that was missing. I originally had told them thank you since I wasn't paying much attention while digging through the bags to check the order but was told by my significant other that the worker's yelling wasn't for us to hear him well, it was just an attitude from him. Judging by the reviews on both yelp and google, I'm surprise this place is opened and surprised inspectors don't practically live there. This place just seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This is by far the worse location. They never get an order right. I either have to call them or go inside, "which is just what I didn't want to do", that's why I went through the drive thru.I blame management for not training properly, but you all want 15 hr, what a joke. Don't bother calling, they never answer.

Just got back from drive thru....only 2 out of the 5 items i ordered was correct. That's just great with 2 hungry kids. Guess i know where NOT to go next time. Unimpressed. And then tried to call twice....both times it rang and then gave a busy signal. Nice service. ?

Absolutely the worst franchise in this town. This has been the case long before the pandemic, so they can’t use this as an excuse. The orders are wrong almost every time. They’re constantly out of inventory and cash only on many occasions. The food quality is what it should be, it’s franchise, anyone can heat up food. Who is running this location? Horrible for at least the last 2-3 years. Also, the whole Taco Bell, KFC combination is a train wreck at this location. I never write reviews, I’ve had it with this location, someone at Corp needs to know and do something.

I didn't even wanna give them a 1 star but I had too.This is the second time I've been there and they ran out of chicken. Are you kidding me!!!!!!That's all you do, that's why it's called KFC !!!!! Not going back.Also the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Gross
