The service here was so great the ladies working were so helpful and friendly
Way too expensive. Staff indifferent, almost rude $14 for a milk shake. $7.50 for 1 scoop of cream. Strange looking and tasting butter pecan.
Save your money and walk about 3/4 block west to the Venice Creamery. Great product. Very friendly staff. $6 scoop. $9.5 milkshakes. Great creamy ice cream. The flavors we tried were awesome.
Best ice cream in Venice Florida! They are amazing! So creamy and delicious!
Fantastic way to treat yourself
great ice cream
When it comes to ice cream, Kilwins never disappoints. The Key Lime Pie ice cream was great.
My favorite ice cream parlor. Rom Raisins is the best!
Great selection of chocolates, ice cream and my favorite... Carmel apples! Great spot to hit before or after the beach.
Lady was so sweet and I love the crab claw!!
Delicious ice cream, and it’s my family’s favorite place. However, their websites hours do not match as posted. Be warned that they close at 9 on Sunday’s and weekdays and 9:30 on Fridays and weekends. NOT 10 like suggested by the website. They may even close earlier (my family has experienced that before though I personally haven’t). Everything else is great, but as I write this, I have been let down once again and am eating ice cream from the Venice Ave Creamery, which is also excellent (would highly recommend; open until 10).

Customer service ok
The staff was horrible. Extremely disrespectful to customers. The Middle Aged blonde lady with the white coat on was outwardly rude to me in front of all of her staff and the other customers all because of a simple question I had asked about the sizes of the cones. My children have issues with sugar and dye and wanted to be sure their needs were met but this woman was unreasonable and harsh with her responses. And as I was leaving she was trashing me to her other co-workers. It was very uncomfortable. I would recommend another location because if she made my group feel uncomfortable I’m sure I’m not the only one. Going out for ice cream is supposed to be one of the most enjoyable experiences to do as a family and she made us so uncomfortable with how rude she was for no apparent reason whatsoever.
Drove down as the hours said open until 10 and was closed up and dark
Yesterday, we each paid $6 for a single scoop of ice-cream on cake cones…only to be given seriously small ‘Kiddy’ sized cones. The ice cream was good but we felt robbed. Won’t be back
Best service along downtown and very good ice cream.
