We love this restaurant! It is one of our favorites! The food is a few levels above the Mediterranean food I have eaten in the past. It's a beautiful place, nice and quiet. The best part is the service. They are so friendly and do a great job and genuinely seem happy to see people!

Everything was great , except the noise level was too loud for each person in our group . I loved the lobster tail that I had the previous visit. It was the best lobster tail that I had ever eaten . If I can get that special again , I will put up with/noise .

Wonderful small restaurant in Venice. We were promptly greeted and seated by the owner. Menu offered quite a few choices of food & we were able to sit & relax without feeling rushed. We will definitely go back!

Food and service were superb - the only downside was the noise level - which is to be expected for a Saturday night.

I messed up my reservation and accidentally booked a table of 5 for the following weekend. They were super understanding and accommodating despite how busy they were. the food was phenomenal and the ambiance was great. I got the branzino and it was incredible. 100% going

L’olive restaurant is a true hidden gem in Venice. I’ve lived in Venice for 15 years and can say this is one of the best restaurants around. The food, the service, the ambiance, are all outstanding. Paul and his wife Katie are two of the most genuine people you will ever meet. The entire experience will be a truly memorable evening.

My parents took me here while I was visiting for the weekend. Coming from the East coast of Florida I have very high standards for restaurants but this exceeded thos expectations. Everything from appetizers to the entrees and desserts were phenomenal. The owner Paul was great and brought the Chef out to meet us. It feels like you're eating at Vesuvius from the Sopranos. I'll definitely be back.

SO Good! Had Gyro platter, Adana lamb pita, with turkish coffee, baklava and chocolate creme for dessert. Delicious! Excellent home made tzatziki. Everything is made very well and the tastes are well balanced. Paul is a wonderful host, and meeting Chef rounded out a great meal.

We were trying to find any restaurant where we wouldn't have to wait. This place was off our beaten trail, but worth it. Staff was welcoming and attentive. The shrimp with linguine was a delicious surprise. Have ready recommended to friends.

Food and service was excellent. But, I would have rated five stars but I docked one star due to the extreme noise. With the restaurant full, the ambient noise was VERY loud. At a table for two we had to strain our voices to be loud enough to hear each other.

We were meeting friends and needed a central location for dinner. This restaurant had great reviews and was very easy to find. This is a hidden gem in Venice, Florida. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the host Paul was extremely accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend the L'Olive restaurant to anyone looking for great food and great service. We will be back for sure!!!

Don’t let the location fool you. The atmosphere, food and service were superb. I still think about that hummus. We were visiting and we are so glad we took a leap of faith and dined at L’Olive. The dishes are authentic and the experience was great.
