Real Italians, real homemade food with tomatoes imported from Italy. The real deal here and so far the best Italian food in Venice. Sorry downtown spots, La Botte in strip mall is awesome. The gnocchi was so perfect the sauce and lasagna was great. The veal was great, the eggplant appetizer was so wonderful. Don't miss this place when in Venice

Was looking into real dining places to take my girlfriend that Chef Mike doesn't work for and found La Botte. I didn't want to spoil it by reading too much about it, but It sounded perfect. I ordered a La Botte salad, fettuccine vino with lamb and my date had the lasagna pasta. Absolutely amazing ( I had a bite of hers as well) had a glass of cab sav with our meal and the water was provided by iced glass bottle, which I very much appreciate and took note of. The bread was beyond words. My face melted with relaxation as I sighed of relief and just tasted FLAVOR!The food was made from scratch, piping hot, fresh and the atmosphere made you feel very welcome. A place that gave me the Gordon Ramsey experience where he would go to different places of business that are family run. I did not feel rushed, and I appreciate the evening.I'll definitely be coming back. The food was amazing and I liked the place. Hidden jewel because the place is located where you wouldn't think to experience it. ( I didn't want to be that guy with his camera out, but I wanted to review and let you people know that this place really made me feel special and that it's great for date night)Now if I were to be unreasonable and picky, I wish they had real paintings or artwork instead of the soulless printed pictures on the wall. They didn't even really fit the theme... I loved the tea cup candle lights, would be cool if they flickered like fire. Literally non issues, but that would have made me give the 5th star ⭐Dietary restrictions: Be mindful of allergies, there is lobster in at least one dish.

What a fantastic surprise to find delicious Italian food served here. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was very, very good. It was our first visit but not our last!!!!We had bruschetta, lobster filled ravioli, and I feasted on pasta with jumbo shrimp!

Just had Valentines dinner tonight...delicious!! Quail appetizer and Veal meatballs were terrific..although my husband was hoping for Nonna's lol. My Veal and his fettuccine also melt in your mouth! We will be back!!

Looking for frequent go-to Italian restaurant with good food… found it! In a strip mall but, don’t let that fool you, not fast food or pre cooked! Home made pasta, delicious home made sauce! Elinor and Laura were front of the house( mother and daughter), were friendly and welcoming. Other daughter and I believe, father prepared meals. Muscles for starters were great, could have just had that and their crusty bread! I had the bucatini with sausage and bacon, my better half had the veal special, both were very good. Wine and cannoli, perfect meal!
We went to La Botte both for lunch and dinner on a visit to Venice, FL. What a pleasant surprise! The food was very authentic and absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Lovely Laura was the main server with her sister as the chef. Both of her parents worked there as well. We’ve been to Italy many times and felt like we were back in Italy in a way with the excellent food and atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back on another trip!Parking: It’s in a strip mall, so easy parking.
