So plain. Appreciate you flying in Maine lobster but you don’t have the feel yet for how to dress it up. Young staff — as in it didn’t appear to me that they have had a lot of time or experience with the food or this company — could be wrong but it’s just my impression. Didn’t have a lot of answers when I asked basic questions about their lobster roll. You gotta know the serving size and you can’t have the ratio of bread to lobster be 3:1 … the taste of the lobster was drowned by the volume of bread and even on its own the butter tasted cheap to me. I got the hot roll and the lobster was still cold. Sorry guys but you’re not making these rolls with the respect and care they deserve. There’s nothing to make it right, it’s fresh seafood and I’m just reporting and reviewing my experience.

The Chicken Parm panini is one of the best around! Lakeside Bites uses good quality chicken for the sandwich.
Super rude. Only one employee who yelled at me because I wanted to pay with cash and then told me I should have come with exact change. He did not wash his hands between payment, cooking, cleaning, etc. 17 dollars for a tiny panini that didn’t even come with a side. Horrible. Would not recommend that anyone come here. Food was not good either, tasted old and yucky. I attended during the Thursday night market. Unacceptable service, behavior and food.
Edit: I tried to pay with a 20 dollar bill, not 50, so idk if you have me mistaken for someone else. And yes, I don’t throw away the food, I don’t believe in wasting food. I hadn’t eaten all day, and I didn’t want to throw away $20! Your response is horrendous customer service.

Waited a half an hour for twoburgers. Burgers were cold and there were no onions as menu had said. Very plain. Fries had sat for 30 minutes before we got them. Soggy and cold.Waste of money for 46 dollars. Threw food away. Other customers were irate which caused for anxious experience.
