We had lunch there today. The atmosphere was very pleasant and our waitress was excellent. There were plenty of choices on the menu. Our lunches were excellent! The 20% service fee was confusing since at the bottom of the menu it said tips are not necessary. When paying for our bill, our waitress mentioned that they do not receive money from the service fee. So we felt we had to leave her an additional tip. It should be one way or another and clearer to the customer.

Getting complicated. 20% service fee that supposedly goes to all the workers according to the owner. A previous response from owner states they have to do this because they have to pay minimum wage to servers. BUT, tip employees don't get regular minimum wage, Tip employees make $8.98 minimum wage. Sounds like owners are taking what should be tips to make payroll. Not sure why any server would want to work there.

Visited March 17 for lunch, Disappointed, On previous visits I found the Petite Crepe and French Onion Soup superb, But this time it was a watery crepe almost laughable in form with very little filling. I also found the server to be non interested in providing any quality service, Maybe I will try again. I used to really like it.

Very nice and quaint atmosphere. Service was exceptional, food was spot on. They do stay to their menu so make sure you preview before you go. If you want an authentic experience try this place, you will not be disappointed.

We had reservations for lunch at one. 7 of us. 3 from the ocean side came to lunch with us. Reservations were made yesterday! We all get there and the place is packed. The lady at front said well maybe someone will leave! Really, this is how you do business? We all went to Cracker Barrel which is probably better anyway. Will never go to Paper it again.

Ambiance is adorable. It's tranquil and artsy and definitely an enjoyable place to sit and have a meal with the girls. However, the wait staff in the morning were not the kindest and did not seem very knowledgeable about the menu and the one woman who served us acted almost as if she got high right before she came in. However, the food was delicious. The prices were pretty high though and I found it odd they didn't have any espresso options . Just coffee

Had lunch here today. Food was very good but service was lacking. Never came to ask if we needed anything and never once filled up any one’s drinks. 20% service added to bill automatically and tip was still requested.
