Wanted to find something close to the car dealership, googled, read menu to this place and came over. Quick, efficient service. I got the hot Italian sausage sandwich with onions and green peppers . It came out very different from what I thought I was going to get. It was flattened sausage and had no marinara sauce on it. Boy am I glad it didn’t! This sandwich was just sooooo tasty! The 8” roll was cut in half and was really soft and easy to bite into. I also got a Cabernet. Great little place - not fancy, just a nice little Mom and Pop restaurant.

This place is a little slice of heaven! The food is over the top fabulous!!! It's a family run restaurant that goes out of their way ensuring customers are well cared for. They can easily accommodate larger parties also. Be sure to bring your friends! The portions are huge, reasonably priced, and most of all, everything is so delicious that it makes you want to come back for more. This is the best kept secret in Venice!!!

This is a family owned restaurant. The waitress was the owner. The restaurant was named the best family owned restaurant in 2025. We understand why. The food was very good. (I had to take some of it home) We would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed the Rueben with Coleslaw and Chicken/Bacon Wrap with Onion Rings at Local Spot 941 for lunch today. Both were outstanding! This is a hidden jewel on Tamiami as it is difficult to find without some map help. They have daily specials that are very reasonably priced. Food quality trumps the atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Went with friends for our first visit on 1/2/26. Delicious Philly cheese steak, amazing burger & yummy mozzarella sticks. Special treat was slice of pineapple pie that we all raved about(from adjoining shop-Sweet Spot 941). Our server Mary was professional, pleasant & went above & beyond! We will be back!!

Everywhere I go I keep trying to replicate this sandwich and nobody can live up to it. The beef on this Reuben is incredible. It seems very basic but it’s not. Shaved perfectly melting between the sauerkraut and sauce on perfect marble bread. The Cook is killing it. You won’t find another Reuben like it.

We were a little unsure when first entering the restaurant. But but everyone there was so friendly and the food was amazing! Loaded tater tots are great And they definitely don't hold back on toppings! Their onion rings are out of this world probably my favorite I've ever had. The mac and cheese is great they use Gouda cheese. The ruben sandwiches were so good!!
