I went in person on 9/14/24 at 1:05 pm to order 2 -18" pizzas, I paid and waited approximately 20-25 minutes.
Got home with the 2 pizzas. 1 was Margarita & 1 was supposed to be bacon & sausage but I received pepperoni instead.
When I called to say I received 1 wrong pizza, the young lady said well we were out of bacon so we "improvised" but I could come back and they would remake the pizza ??? How can you remake a pizza when you are out of toppings ordered???
While I was originally there no one called me over to say we are out of bacon, when the young lady brought the 2 pizza boxes out to me she never mentioned it. I paid $2.50 per meat topping. So if they were out of bacon, where was the sausage? I won't be going back!

Had flat drinks, the guy at the register was very weird, he told my mom that she needed ice so it won't be flat, she had ice, last time here for this overrated pizza, imagine cardboard with toppings, I don't like fast food pizza but Papa John's will get my money before this place

We had an amazing experience at Tomato Alley! The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Despite it being a busy Friday night, they had our large order ready on time. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service!

I love to give local businesses my money over chains, but... In the past two times I have been to this restaurant, the first they said the POS was down, and couldn't sell any beer while waiting for the pizza that we ordered online. This past time, I get to the restaurant, and they "forgot" to put the pizza in the oven... No discount, ordered a beer while waiting for them to actually cook the pizza, and of course I was charged...
