My wife and I had an amazing date night at Made in Italy. We sat in the “back room” which felt like the best kept secret of the whole place. It was so authentically decorated and made the most warm and inviting atmosphere. My wife ordered a house salad and the Rigatoni Con Cream E Salsiccia. The salad was a large portion for one and the tomatoes tasted like they came straight from the garden. It was served with freshly shaved parmesan which topped it off nicely. The pasta was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of spinach, sausage, and homemade rigatoni pasta. The creamy cheese sauce was very flavorful and light. I had the Chicken Parmigiana with a side of Fettuccini Alfredo. The chicken was a generous portion and perfectly cooked. It was crispy, cheesy and full of flavor. Paired nicely with the side of Alfredo with homemade pasta. We enjoyed the ambiance as much as we enjoyed the food and we can’t wait to return!

Don’t do it! Horrible food. Soupy lasagna tasted worse than chef Boyardee. SO expensive ! and so bad ! Because I was with my visiting sister, I didn’t complain at the time. But truly, it was embarrassing! Being Italian, I had to say something.

If you're looking for a delicious true authentic Italian restaurant, look no further. This place has an awesome bar with a fantastic selection of wines, spirits and liquors, an ambiance of rich history and culture, and service that is unmatched. Christopher served my Wife and I, and I got to say, he did not disappoint in the slightest. His service was well timed, he was very knowledgeable about the menu and bar drinks as well as very personable and authentic. We had such a great experience, after our meal we decided to leave our table and find the bar where yet again, Christopher was more than benevolent to continue serving us. The drinks served are well priced and strong enough to match the energy of the lively team. Thank you for making our night out one to remember!

This is the first time we ordered from this restaurant. Ordered a pizza, fried calamari, and a cold seafood salad. The calamari was okay. The pizza was not cooked and the prosciutto was sliced thick-not thin. Couldn’t eat the prosciutto and recooked the pizza. Unfortunately, the seafood salad had too much rubbery squid. Very disappointing.

I’ve been going to this place for years. I must say. I’ve never had a bad or even a slightly bad meal. I’ve always ordered take out. I’ve always picked it up. It’s always done when they say it will. Everything on the menu is great. Now why I gave only 3 stars for service. Maybe if you’re dining in, it might be different. I’ve picked up from here far over 20 times. Over the years, different people working. But no matter who it was or the time of day or night , or day of the week. It was never what ,( as they say, In The Weeds.) by a long shot. Maybe, 3 tables and 4 to 5 eating at the bar. The bartender always some sort of the same. Young Blond no personality is talking ether to another employee. Not ordering but gossiping,or what looks to be possibly a manager . Giggling and laughing,but not paying attention to the door. There has never been a hostess at the hostess stand. You don’t see a server in the whole place? Sometimes after 60 seconds. Sometimes after five minutes. One will wonder out of the kitchen. Look you dead in the eye and keep going. Then after a bit 2 more will come out, and if your lucky say. Can I help you? Then 2 or 3 more come out. Now none of these servers have trays or food of any kind coming from the kitchen. Only leads me to believe,everyone in this place is ether goofing off or board to tears. I only continue to go because the food is great. I’ve been involved with the service industry enough to know. This is a management problem. I don’t know if it’s managed by owners or a restaurant manager. But I’d imagine that’s why it’s never packed. Oddly enough. There is another restaurant just doors away calmly Taste of Italy. This place is always packed with people waiting. Their food is also good. I myself just prefer some of the specialty dinners at Made in Italy. Some servers and even managers have forgotten. Tips , Stands for. To Insure Prompt Service. Get it together people

Great, relaxing atmosphere! The food was wonderful. We enjoyed the Caprese Fritti, which were crispy with a tender center, very flavorful! Also the Antipasto Made in Italy which is a quartet of sautéed rapini, eggplants marinated zucchini, mixed bell peppers with capers & olives. A range of flavors, nicely seasoned and well presented. A light & delicious lunch! This restaurant is a gem and we will definitely return!!
