I just had the worst Steak Bomb Sub ever. The reason I go here is consistency. Half of the meat was gross. If I wasn't starving I would have driven back. I threw half in the trash. I made cheesesteaks as a teenager. It's not rocket science.

I wanted to give a special shout-out to Mama Maria's in Venice! Any true Floridian will tell you how difficult it is to find food after a hurricane and power outage.

I'd like to see people give them business during this time!!

I subscribe to Mama Maria's Pizzeria in Venice on social media (If you haven't, you should do so!!) They said they were open for lunch today! Got here and found they had a limited menu which is fine! They only take cash, but they are able to accommodate people who are looking for real food!!

I am VERY thankful to the wonderful people of Mama Maria's! They allowed us to stay and charge our devices as well as we have been without power! They're very kind and the best part, a local business!! The pizza slices were delicious (and I probably ate them in record time, LOL!!)

Thank you Mama Maria's for being open today! I ask that if they don't have food when you get here, again, limited menu, that we be kind to them! They're doing the best with the hand they've been dealt! To find a restaurant that's open, it's awesome!! ?

This is a tough time for all of us here, granted, but to see Mama Maria's Pizzeria in Venice open, it's truly wonderful and we very much appreciate it! They're a quality place for a great meal at a good price! We're so happy that we got to go here for lunch today!

I usually love the pizza. tonight the pizza bottom was super soggy. it almost felt like the bottom of the pizza was placed in water. I am super sad.

Best cheesesteak in Florida. Authentic NY thin crust pizza and many other authentic Italian dishes to choose from. Went for dinner with my Mom last weekend and had a huge table of New Yorkers next to us, laughing and talking Boisterously. Found out they were all from Brooklyn and the Bronx. If NY Italians chose Mama Maria's, you know the food is delicious!

I can only say one thing—I've never had worse service. They were rude and even aggressive. Probably only the management can afford to be so disrespectful; otherwise, the staff member would have been fired. As for the food, there's nothing to say because with service like that, it doesn't matter what the food is like.

We’ve only ever ordered takeout or delivery from Mama Maria’s until last night when we ate dinner there. They were busy, and I’m sure everyone was a bit frazzled, but you wouldn’t know that from our amazing server, Brittany. She was the most polite, most attentive and fantastic server we’ve ever had! The food was great, and prices are reasonable. I’m so glad we’re stopped in! Thanks for a great experience, Brittany! And sorry if I didn’t spell your name accurately.
