This has been our favorite place in Venice to get pizza and we like it more even than the other Marco’s that we go to another places really great great one and take out is what most people do but we dine in there

We have been buying Marcos for a couple of years now. We recently ordered 2 pizza's. one was just OK and the other had no toppings on 2 slices. When I spoke to the manager today, Nicole, and explained that I was disappointed in our order she quickly became angry. I attempted to calm the conversation but she interrupted me and said not to call them again and that she was going to block my calls WOW!! No worries Nicole I will not be calling back.

We tried to place an order on the app but it didn’t work out. My husband called to see if the order went through and the girl we talked to said that the order went through as a pick up order but we wanted delivery. She said that she had our order. What was delivered was completely different from what we had ordered. When my husband called to talk to them about it, the guy that answered the phone, wouldn’t even listen to him and hung up on him twice! Ok pizza, but crappy employees!! Order some place else!

Six of us went to Marco’s Venice for pizza. After our pizza and salads were delivered, an employee began mopping the floor by our table. My wife asked her to put off mopping the floor until after we had finished eating as it was only 6:30, the dirty mop water smelled nasty and we were afraid we might slip on the wet floor. The employee stated that her manager insisted, so my wife asked to speak to the manager. Shortly after, another woman came out and continued mopping. We asked her if she was the manager, and she said she was. We asked her to stop and she told us that if we didn’t like it we could leave. We told her we weren’t going to get up half way thru our meal and leave. She then threatened to call the police and have us removed. We found that to be totally outrageous, and told her to call them and let them sort it out. Recognize that our average age is 70, we are all law abiding, tax paying citizens, and none of us have ever been arrested or removed from an establishment due to our behavior. She called, and shortly after, four police cars arrived. When the police assessed the situation, they realized how ridiculous the situation was, and we left without further incident.
None of us will ever patronize Marcos pizza again. I strongly suggest anyone thinking about pizza at Marcos seriously consider any other alternative.

THE 1 STAR IS GENEROUS!! NASTY PIZZA, INCREDIBLY RUDE AND INAPPROPRIATE MANAGER, FILTHY PARKING LOT WITH TRASH ALL OVER. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

My family has been going here for years and they recently changed the pineapple they use. I asked the employee to verify also. What ever brand they switched to is awful. The few cents saved by this switch has now lost you a loyal customer. Also I've talked to others about this and everyone I've spoken with agrees that the pineapple is now terrible. If and when the pineapple is replaced by a quality product I will update this review. What a shame that cost most likely was valued over quality.

Stopped in late in the day to grab a couple of pizzas to go. Was helped by a very courteous and friendly Ryan! Both Pizzas were fresh and tasty. Restaurant was clean and the banter amongst the work crew was positive friendly.
