I waited 20 minutes to get a pre paid coffee and I was the only order in the shop. I was ignored several times by the Asian lady working the shop. I was able to grab her attention after raising my voice saying “ excuse me”. She asked what I needed and I said I pre paid McCafé. She looked and me and said what’s that? She then grabbed me a coffee and I left.
I have never been more frustrated purchasing a McCafé from a McDonald’s in my life.

We ordered a happy meal. We got literally 5 solo fries dumped into the happy meal container (picture 1). We went back around and asked for another fry with a true serving, and we got a puny and pointless replacement (picture 2). When fries were 99 cents once upon a time, alright, but when even trash food from McDonald's is $10, I expect a warm, worthwhile meal, or at least an actual serving. I offered additional stars for the service because the guy at the pay counter tried his best to offer a replacement, but he still had the same soulless person up front filling the food so no difference there.

i came here multiple times in the morning ans the tables are always dirty, fries on the floor from previous night. tdy i came in early got a bowl of oatmeal and frappe. there was still uncooked oats in the bowl and i was the only customer at the time so idk why they couldn’t take there times to do it right. i got my frappe and it was not filled to the top like other Mc donald’s do ans it barley had whip crème which should also be filled to the top. No one is in dress code and the lady didn’t ask me am i using my Mobile app.

We've been to this McDonald's numerous times. The service has always been excellent and the good very good. Recently I've encountered à"manager" that was absolutely rude and unfit to be in any kind of customer service. My husband has to walk out before our food came out because he was sickened by her attitude. It's a shame that one bad apple ruins the integrity of the entire store. We will not be returning to this store until She is out.
Please... I come here EVERY MORNING. This is a LG Frappuccino. Not....!!!! It's 1/2 & 1/2 NOT what I ordered. The cream goes in the bubble top AFTER you fill MY lg Frappuccino to the TOP!!!! See 👀 ya soon ......

The manager Marilyn was so incredibly rude to multiple customers & even her coworker. She instructed her staff to turn off the lights inside the restaurant while we were trying to order (we were standing inside, not the drive thru), she ultimately refused us service.
