the employees are very rude, i do not like their vibe. my fiancé asked how long of a wait for a pie and the dude told him 12 minutes then walked away and threw his hands up, the same guy handed me and my best friend our drinks and had them tipped to the side without a care in the world of them spilling. keep in mind this is not the first complaint i’ve made.

If you order something with any kind of request such as ketchup only make sure you check it before pulling forward because it will be wrong and it’s a pain to have to make 2 uturns on 41 just to get back and once you return it will take you 10 minute to get an employee In the store to acknowledge you standing there

Been all over the country patronizing McDonald’s daily and this was by far the worst experience ever Not Only can they understand the simplest of instructions but they take no responsibility or seem to care about making the simplest things correct Manager is totally rude and should have no future contact with people I felt sorry for myself for still ending up with the wrong order however I especially feel sorry her for what a miserable life she must have

This place is without a doubt the worst run McDonalds I have ever been to. First I waited eight minutes to get waited on and the staff just stares at you from in the kitchen and expedite area. The people also waiting thought it was a joke. Finally a human came out and I asked what time the register opens. The answer was ewhifhch837hioh which in other words means I only speak a little English. So finally she takes my order and asks ther same questions over and over again. I said this order is to go and use the link. Again she had no idea. In my order was a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with no breakfast sauce and a well done hashbrown. So I purposely stand so I can watch everything. Finally the expedite woman brings the order and now she wants to lie. A well done hashbrown means you take one that is already cooked and you put it back in the oil for two minutes. The woman kept arguing that it was hot and I explained hot has nothing to do with it. She finally did as I asked and put a hash brown back in for two minutes. Thank you and now I have been here for 20 minutes. I go to my car and the bagel had no sauce which is correct but there was also no clarified butter. I did not ask for NO BUTTER so why did you not put any on. Basically they know people will go there out of habit. There are McDonalds that have great staff, are fast to get you in and out and THEY ACTUALLY CARE IF YOU COME BACK. This place could care less if you ever came back because you are BOTHERING THEM.
There is a team called ARCH MANAGEMENT near Fort Myers FL that is 100% perfect in creating a team for McDonalds. They know how a McDonalds should run. This place here in Venice doesn't care about you so go elsewhere.

By far the worst MC Donald’s in all of Venice! Don’t ever order anything to go at this location, more often than not you’re not gonna get your complete order. Something so simple as putting a straw in the bag for your drink can’t even be done. Also,when you call the store to complain they don’t take it seriously and laugh at you. Complete carelessness. So if you want to go and waste some money go to this MC Donald’s!!!

I like the dining area at this location, most of the time it’s clean as well. Service from the staff isn’t that friendly or understanding. My food is always hot and fries are almost never stale; However they never get my order correct and it’s always simple stuff.. I ordered a Spicy Mcrispy tonight just for the spicy sauce and they forgot the spicy sauce. I ordered a $5 meal deal for my daughter the night before and they left out the chicken nuggets, every time I order from here they miss or get something wrong! None of the other locations do. Fast food places should be checking the bags before they give them out! No one is ever on the same page at this store.
Third order in a wrong I get wrong. I literally just ordered a BigMac... nothing else. They gave me fries, so I had to drive back around to go inside and tell them they gave me the wrong order. Spoke to the manager who took the fries from me insisted of giving them to me for free for the inconvenience. I truly hope they didn't just give them to someone else because I'm very sick with the flu or whatever it is that is going around. She did finally give me the big mac I ordered but she just looked like I ruined her day, didn't even look at me when she handed me over the bag just turned around and said, have a good day. YOU the store owner should take better care of your employees and pay them a better salary, i rather pay more for my food than go through this many inconveniences... very sad that this McDonald's used to be the best, and it's just another ghetto one like the rest.

This is the WORST McDonalds in the HISTORY of McDonalds ever! I should sue this location for the amount of minutes I’ll never get back in my life having to return and have my order remade, & the manager acts like I’m bothering her by wanting my food made correctly?! Slams it down on the counter without saying a word and walks away. It’s not even like slightly off, it’s horrendous. Employees with bleeding fingers and bandaids handling my order in the past. They should be SHUTDOWN & embarrassed publicly, McDonald’s in the Hood does a better job than this joke of an establishment!
