Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a large fry and it wasn’t even busy not to mention I waited 10 minutes for a employee to finally put down what they were doing and take an order

Everytime I come here, I ask for light ice in the drink. And everytime, it feels like they punish me for the request and fill it all the way with ice. I think they purposely fill it this full to save money on soda. It's up to the line for iced coffee, not for a fountain drink.

i’m seriously not one to complain but come on. i placed a mobile order, drove 10 minutes to get it, then waited at the window for another 10 minutes (10:15pm, one other car in the drive thru). i literally only got a hamburger and fries and i mean please, this is ridiculous. Hellen Keller could’ve made a better burger than this.

Ordered the crispy chicken original deluxe and I wish I could upload a photo. Just a very small piece of chicken and 2 pickles. No lettuce, tomato or mayo. The pice of chicken was the size of a big nugget. Not even a tender size. I think I paid about $5 for this sandwhich.

Food was hot and fresh . This one's in Naples Fla . If your in Tampa Fla avoid ALL Macdonalds like the plague unless you enjoy crappy cold food with a side of attitude you didn't order or want

I haven't been to a McDonald's in recent history that hasn't been slow, but this one was faster than others. I also do food deliveries, so I have experience with most of the ones in the area. I ate a burger at this one 2 days ago, and it was delicious--fresh, hot, the meat was appropriately thick and fit the whole bun, and it had all the right toppings in the right amounts. In my experience, going to McDonald's at off-peak times is when you get the best quality.
