Im so thirty, all I want to order food with large ice water. They said no you have bottle of water. You guys lost my business. Thats all my kids will drink. Are you guys promoting sugar drink is the way to go? Bottle water really? You have ice water but no you have it with meal only bottle water just upcharge you. .30 cent because you rather use have sugary drinks. Good job!!

Never have I ever been to a McDonalds with no outlets. They have a handful throughout the store, but decided to cover all of them.
I ordered drinks and asked for ketchup packets, and they tried to tell me I had to be charged for the ketchup? Literally gave me 3 packets and wanted to charge me lol. I frequent Mcdonald's on a weekly basis, and I have never heard of such a thing and there is nowhere on the app to even be charged for ketchup. Not sure what this store has going on but it was so weird.

The Spanish skinny manager screamed at us over asking for butter and salt. She said you had to order it with your food. I mean really yelled at us in from of other people. I can't believe it never been anywhere like this. We just moved from T.N. 3 blocks from your store we will find another store to spend our Money. I was shocked.Never again try to mess my day up.

Would give a 0 if I could, no one takes your order , they don’t bring you the food , and I doubt anyone back there even speaks English McDonald’s was ran better by the high schoolers this place is the worst never coming back.

Was told to cancel order at drive thru window and reorder, i asked if i would be able to use the online deal again and was told I could. When I went to reorder the online deal was gone and they told me oh well too bad.. no food on my lunch break today. Horrible service today

We ordered through the app and got through the drive-thru and made it to the first window and noticed that one of our burritos never was on our order and we tried to to modify our order with the cashier and the cashier told us to go to the next window and when we did they said the previous person at the first window should have taken care of it. So bottom line is we ordered one burrito and they were on promotion if you buy one you get one for a dollar and they wouldn't help us so we ended up missing out on the promotion and the lady which had a Spanish accent was very rude and didn't offer any solutions her customer service skills were very poor and the manager what we think had platinum blonde hair would also not help fix the cashiers mis information. They pretty much said because the previous person at the first window didn't do their job appropriately that's why we lost out on the promotion.

Went to get breakfast.no one was at register taking orders as usual, I'm at motel next door ,noone is ever at register anymore here.i order in their droid as I can't get it to payment mode after 10mins trying,back to register wait.lady finally comes out.i tell her about the computer mess,and reorder,she don't speak any English..why is she at the register,in America 🇺🇸 at our biggest fast food joint and she don't speak our country language at all..what happened to customer service.Im American.I speak English and order my food in my country in English. What if Mcdd thinking.never mind the price gouging lately. Horrible company ethics going on in our country..what ever happened to customer service. U can't sell food if I can't order..💯🇺🇸🤯and I'm not racist,I'm right..bye mcds burger king and Wendy from now on.u lost me for good..55year loyal customer will no longer bye your food..byeeee

This certain store is not the best. Ordered a double cheese burger and fries. The burger was a single cheese burger that wad obviously old. Fries were old too. Went back and they just added another burger . I did get nice hot fries the 2nd time.
