If I could give a negative number I would. We were ignored at their counter so moved to a kiosk which locked up and it was several minutes before help came while others arriving after us were quickly helped at the counter. Manager was not in site or ignored the situation. Nearly 20 minutes later we asked for our money back. The counter person said it was only 17 minutes. Still too long for an order when people arriving after were fulfilled. Never will go back there!

Non service and no food. No training. People were walking out. Judge for yourself.
Poor employee that had to refund our money was shaking. Felt bad for him. No manager in site when we inquired, employee shrugged his shoulders. If u own this McDonalds do better by your employees and customers.

Company Calender

First, a/c broken in the seating area (2nd time in as many months). Ordered lite ice drink and was half ice. Waited solid 10 minutes for food. They ran out of clean trays. Out of buffalo ranch sauce. I had to ask for catsup for my fries. Want 4 or 5 stars? Get more help + smile more in your face and words!

I try to avoid fast foods. Ireally wanted a big Mac and fries. Haven't had one in years and now I remember why.
The fries were soggy and cold.
The big Mac was like a mini Mac. Such a disappointment

i got a delivery order and not only did it take over 20 minutes longer than expected but the driver said the customer service was terrible to the point one of the managers yelled at him and they hadn’t even started making the order by the estimated delivery time. this is unacceptable especially when you’re paying almost $30 for an order

The owner or manager with his billboard and restaurant should stop working. You dont acknowledge customers and this is strike 3!! Waiting 20 min for a to go order with NO communication and I try to speak up and ask if I should have used drive thru and COMPLETELY IGNORED..
Stop trying to save money and get WORKERS in there. You're obviously not a worker...and your customer service could use a course.

If this is how you treat customers, I feel very bad for the employees being a former worker of this franchise, it sucks for them.

Ordered 3 drinks, one med. Coke and 2 frappe and was told in drive thru to STEP A SIDE to stop sign.... 3 drinks!
Well was nice and I did as asked and waited 2 min, 5 min 10 min.
What the heck so I called and phone picked up then hung up!
Ok now it's 98 degrees out my a/c is legging and I've waited 15 min
I'm out of car heading to the door...they seen me coming and and met me with my drinks thank God Amen.i

Went to the drive thru and waited 30 minutes before getting my food. Then was asked to park. Went inside to get my food (its 100+ outside) and given cold fries. NO drive through order should take this long.
