I have to say that I'm not sure what to expect each time I go. Some people are nice and most people, not so much. They need to do something to motivate or give incentives to employees. Arguable in the economy we live. Pay them more. But with that said, it's McDonald's, it says alot when your brand is automatically associated with waiting in long lines for ridiculous amounts if time and still receiving cold fries or incomplete orders, all with the high probability of getting a side of attitude with your order..oh and crazily overpriced these days.

I have 2 Fav Mcd's in Venice/North Port area; Really enjoy this location, as well as the staff. The girl with Dark hair, skin and glasses is supa-sweet Everytime, & the night mgr (I believe) tall w dark hair is amazing as well. These ladies deserve more Praise for their continuous Outstanding Customer Service!!! U Rock! Thank U, Always

When I got to the window my coffee was not made the way that I requested it and the girl argued with me about it and then called her manager who fixed it. I will say, I go here often and it's the first time I've ever had a problem

I headed into this McDonald's around 10pm. After I placed my order on the kiosk, not one employee greeted me. The food took over 20 minutes. We were the only people in the place. I think they don't give priority to customers who come in and show their face. I will not be returning.

I waited in the drive through gor 23 mins. When I finally got to the pay window I paid then waited another 18 minutes. Got my order 1.was shorted a large fry. 2 their was no sauce so I reminded them. When I got home about 4 mins from McDonald's I found out the food, all of the food was totally cold. Not warm but cold. I kid you not it was the worse experience ever it was 6:30 on a Sunday evening. The personnel was completely confused, disorganized and the most unprofessional I've ever experienced. I'm disgusted with this whole situation.

I went thru drive thru and asked if their meat had onion or garlic and was told no. I ordered 2 cheeseburger w fries combo and after getting it, pulling thru and parking I took 2 huge bites and when I checked there's diced onion on both burgers!! Being that careless could kill a person w allergies!
I ALWAYS mobile order and pick up at the window. Always chicken nugs, can't go too wrong w those. They're always friendly at the pick up window. No complaints.
