First, a/c broken in the seating area (2nd time in as many months). Ordered lite ice drink and was half ice. Waited solid 10 minutes for food. They ran out of clean trays. Out of buffalo ranch sauce. I had to ask for catsup for my fries. Want 4 or 5 stars? Get more help + smile more in your face and words!

I have to say that I'm not sure what to expect each time I go. Some people are nice and most people, not so much. They need to do something to motivate or give incentives to employees. Arguable in the economy we live. Pay them more. But with that said, it's McDonald's, it says alot when your brand is automatically associated with waiting in long lines for ridiculous amounts if time and still receiving cold fries or incomplete orders, all with the high probability...

I have 2 Fav Mcd's in Venice/North Port area; Really enjoy this location, as well as the staff. The girl with Dark hair, skin and glasses is supa-sweet Everytime, & the night mgr (I believe) tall w dark hair is amazing as well. These ladies deserve more Praise for their continuous Outstanding Customer Service!!!
