Metro Diner offers great food and friendly, attentive service. Popular menu items include batter fried chocolate chip cookies, biscuits with gravy, and the amazing chicken and waffles. The fried chicken and fish and chips are also delicious, with great flavor and large portions. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, with easy wheelchair access and ample parking, including handicap spaces. A variety of options are available for returning visitors. The service is always wonderful, though it can get loud when busy. Takeaway service is excellent, and the prices are really good. Following Hurricane Milton, the staff worked hard to keep the community fed with quality meals.
