I don’t see this establishment making it much longer. We go to Irma’s all the time and always wondered about this place. We went early evening on St. Patrick’s Day. Service was extremely slow. They were out of the appetizer we wanted, so we moved onto dinner. My chicken salad was the most basic thing I’ve ever seen. My boyfriend’s hamburger was awful. They had a paper drink menu special that was printed out directly from Internet with instructions on how to make it. The drinks were $15.99!!! This was our first and last time here. Don’t make the same mistake!

Service was good. Everyone friendly. No wait when we went. However, I’m sure the focal point is the beer but if you are going to serve food, please make it edible. Or lower the prices. $112 for 4 of us (no alcoholic beverages) and the food was terrible and tasteless and crazy expensive. Will not be back.

New ownership unfortunately has an identity crisis. This isn’t sarasota. This is a quote un quote “tap house, which entails bar.”

closed at 9pm most nights when other bars and restaurants around the area are open later? Their missing the mark on this growing area of economic growth and losing out on a great business opportunity.

edm and electronic stuff when you have clientele who are 30 or over in the building???These people are the ones that pay your bills and don’t want to listen to that.

Management 👎
in the several months of the new owners taking over, look at the staff turn over! They’ve pushed out great & personable workers who bring in return customers…. how can you do that? Well they do that because those employees don’t understand the unrealistic ideals that management has “ie: dressing up as penguins.” As a respected patron i’ve witnessed management micro-manage and step in after the fact to do their workers jobs. If you have control issues then run a small business.

Overall I would not recommend this place for anyone to go to as a patron, or someone seeking employment. As a patron you will feel out of place, and as an employee you will be unfortunately belittled and made to feel like your work isn’t enough or respected.

#fact check. We may love your employees, but alot of them don’t love you. The ones we show & showed respect for are hard working individuals who can succeed if you let your employees do so. The ones we respect and hug that are “now prolly no longer working for you or with you have left because of micromanaging being done.”

Used to be our FAV!… last 4 times kitchen takes forever, none of staff is ever the same so lost it’s cozy/local appeal as a taphouse and don’t even ask about beer selections as their taps are out more than in! This last time, in an empty restaurant (which has been the norm last several months) we were not allowed to go further in for seating but rather asked to sit right at door or by front window with only one other guest in restaurant?— who wants to sit in walkway by door??! I guess from street it makes them ‘appear’ they have customers? And then of course another new person walks up and you guessed it.. out of selection on tap again! We had enough and decided to walk and go to another restaurant. Shame as food is normally good, but vibe is ‘unfriendly and could care less’. After just a few short years, this one is now a BUST - I guess the good do die young! 😥

Waited over an hour for burgers and ended up leaving because there were multiple tables ahead of us still without food. Extremely slow. If you're under staffed, please just let people know up front. Feel awful for the people there with children!

Out of town visiting, drove 25 min to come for lunch on a Sat, they were out of "hamburger patties"...which tellls me, they're not fresh made & out of fries ....chicken sandwiches are "chicken patties " (also not fresh)...Still on a SAT !! Service was slow - the 2 women there were doing their best with what they had....management sb there to help out and keep the menu stocked - I gave 3 stars - FRESH IS BEST...do best 😅

When we were being seated by the host, I noticed an empty table and politely asked if we could be seated there. The host responded abruptly with a firm “no.” I was surprised by the tone and wanted to clarify, so I asked, “I’m sorry, did you say we can’t?” Again, she responded with a curt “no.”

I want to emphasize that I completely understand if a table isn’t available, but the way she handled the situation lacked basic courtesy. A simple explanation, like “Unfortunately, that table isn’t available right now. I’m so sorry,” would have made all the difference. To make matters worse, the group she seated immediately after us was placed at the very table I had requested, with no apparent reservation or special circumstance.

That aside, the food was excellent, and our server provided great service. It’s unfortunate that the host’s demeanor left a poor first impression, as everything else about the experience was enjoyable.

This is definitely a first for me out of all the places I've eaten at that I've never heard of being added to a que when ordering something . Tried calling for Togo order no one answered the phone so we went to dine in. We wanted to order wings The waitress advised that it was a 15mins wait and we that depended on where in line we'd fall on the orders(strange) so we didn't get wings. Burgers took about 45mins to come to the table. The burgers were good and the fries were great too. Sodas where flat and tasted watered down. The atmosphere is good. If you go the bourbon cheese burger is great! As far as service we felt rushed a lot of the time when we asked for the bill we where told a price didn't receive a "bill". All in all don't know if I'd be returning

Sat down for 5 minute not one person talked to us. There were two tables and two people at the bar. The bartender was to busy talking to the two people at the bar the waitress was to busy around the corner in her phone and the cooks were to busy looking out the window at the football game so they did not need our business as they were two busy with 6 customers. Stay away this is not the first time this has happen there

Beer selection is awesome, service was good.
