First time to Outback Steakhouse ever. The food and service were amazing. I have always been skeptical about going, but my wife finally talked me into it. I'm totally glad I finally gave it a shot. Will definitely be back for another Delmonico and lobster.

We used Door Dash for three meals. One for the salmon, a loaded baked potato, and a salad, arrived without the potato. The toppings were included, but no potato. It shouldn’t be difficult to check that an order is really complete before giving it to the delivery person. Very disappointing. This is not the first time we’ve gotten an incomplete order.

Sadly this location really doesn’t care about customers. 20 min quoted wait time is really an hour +, twice in the same week with double that of the time quoted as minimum. Soup - cold, steak not cooked as ordered :( sadly too many errors and problems just add up. This is a location to avoid.

Hubby and I hadn’t had a good “ribeye” in ages and chose Outback over local competition based on familiarity and price point. Unfortunately, we both had to remove a substantial amount of grissle from our ribeyes, close to 40-50% of 13oz cuts. For the $63 we spent (no drinks or dessert), we expected more and were pretty disappointed.

I love using my rewards website to order and pick up my dinner. Outback gives me an approximate time and sends me a text when almost ready.
I pull up in a numbered spot and text them that I am there and in spot #3 for example.
Since I already paid and tipped online, they bring out my food and im on my way. LOVE ❤️ it.. so simple and my food is always cooked the way I ordered it. Time to relax, put on a good movie and enjoy my dinner !

Today, Cyber Monday, I went to Outback Steakhouse in Venice Florida as I have the past 3 years to purchase gift cards for my mom and sister. I sat at the bar as I have the last three years on Cyber Monday, and asked to purchase $100 in gift cards and order a beer and and an appetizer. The snotty female bartender waved me off, and said I need to return back to the hostess station to purchase my gift cards. I then waved her off regarding the draft beer and appetizer that I was going to purchase, and went back to the hostess station. I explained the situation to the hostess and she went to the kitchen and returned back with a manager, a
skim, wrinkled clothes fella with greasy hair and a red t shirt. The manager then processed my transaction, and totally ignored my concerns regarding the way I was treated by the female snotty bartender, most likely a relative of his. He told me he didn't want to hear any derogatory speech regarding the female bartender and that he would process my transaction and I could be on my way. I cannot tell you how disappointed and disgusted I was with the poor customer service received by the female bartender and red shirt wearing manager. He should receive remedial people skills training and the female snotty bartender should be reprimanded up to, and including termination. It is obviously beneath her to process gift card transactions, and honestly, the hostess didnt have a clue as to how to sell gift cards. I will never set foot in that restaurant again.
