Grabbed a couple to-go plates yesterday on the way home. I was excited a few hours later when I heated it up for dinner. All good till I took a bite of rice and realized I had 4 inches of black head hair hanging out of my mouth and another 3 or 4 inches of it in my mouth and wrapped around my tongue. I will NEVER eat here again. Nothing like the feeling of pulling someone else's hair out of your mouth. I have brown hair in dreads for anyone who wants to insinuate that it was probably mine.

The pickup process at the Panda Express in Venice, Florida, was easy, but they packed six containers of food into one double bag, and all the containers were leaking, making the entire bag wet and messy. It was really inconvenient and dirty to handle. The paper box containers they used to have were so much more convenient and secure compared to these plastic ones. Because of this, I’m giving it a 3 out of 5. Please take better care of your customers' orders!
