Because this location NEVER has cheese soufflés by 9 AM, we decided to order as soon as we woke up. Sometimes, you get lucky and receive what you ordered, but other times, you drive all that way only to find out your order was canceled just 8 minutes before pickup.
I’m wondering—who is the manager here? Isn’t it obvious that this store needs to make more soufflés??!! How in the world can you take an order, charge for it, and then cancel it 8 minutes before pickup??? we moved here from Sarasota three years ago , we never had an issue there!
The receptionist told me they were out, but I ordered two hours in advance!!! I’m about to give up on this store :(

Stopped on the way home from the hospital on Friday and picked up an order to go. The place was total chaos. My souffle was not available so the manager said she'd take it off the bill. She didn't. She will be seeing me today.

Excellent but The only oddity is that after ordering food and drink you have to go to a different counter to get a latte, cappuccino or other coffee drink.
Worst meal ever! I ordered the mediterranean grain salad. I had to tell the cashier three times. He gave me the mediterranean chicken salad with a baguette. I asked for an apple. The salad greens were slimy and there was no dressing. It was disgusting.

Went there after seeing advertisements of their new sandwiches let me tell you definitely not as pictured barely had any meat and overpriced. After eating the area where you throw your trash away is disgusting due to the way it is designed.

This was a very bad experience. The cashier, TJ, was extremely rude. My wife was unable to make her original order because they were out of it and was pressured to make another decision quickly. The food she received which was Avocado toast made her feel very ill with nausea, headache, and stomach pains.

I usually get the cheddar broccoli soup. Definitely my favorite. The orange scones are really good too. They're located in a really busy plaza so parking can be an issue.
Don’t order any of their food to-go! They couldn’t care any less about giving you the right order. Also more often than not your order will come missing ingredients. Complete carelessness more than half the time!

If I could give it less I would. Just called because they forgot food on our delivery order and the lady was laughing I. The phone and told me just to come in. If I wanted to come in I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. She knew what it was since it must have been sitting on the counter. Terrible customer service terrible attitude

Food isn’t bad but half the time you order you will not get what you ordered. Multiple times I’ve gotten a completely wrong order I’ve learned you have to do their job and go through every part of your order before you leave. For instance tonight I ordered a bowl of French onion soup what I got was tomato soup. I absolute can’t stand tomato soup and had already driven home so looks like I won’t be able to eat tonight now a complete waste of money .
