I'm always in search of a great specialty donut shop. They exist, but finding a chain place that delivers above and beyond is rare. Parlor brings a cross between a yeast donut and a croissant, delivering crunchy exterior and soft centers with numerous toppings. I saw so many choices, all looking amazing. I had the lady just pick 12 of her favorite ones. Every single one is superb. Freshly made in small batches all day. Make a trip soon. Parlor team in South Venice area-I will be back.

If I come back, it'll just be for doughnuts. Ordered a sandwich and it was squished on a croissant- tasteless and greasy. There was hardly any cheese or bacon on it. Ordered maple brown sugar coffee- they rang it up with the wrong kind of milk which I had to speak up for, and it doesn't even taste like maple brown sugar. It tastes like a regular iced latte. They told me they made my doughnut wrong- with raspberry filling- which I was excited to try, but then my first bite raspberry filling came pouring out of the doughnut- so I think they overfilled it. I don't eat out often; this was a waste of 20$. They weren't busy inside the store either- only a couple customers. I could've gotten better service for the same amount and quality of food at Dunkin doughnuts.
Amazing doughnuts with such a unique flavor and texture. This little gem never disappoints! The staff is always wonderful, warm, and kind. We will definitely be back!

went there two saturdays ago, ordered three donuts, one of which was a strawberry shortcake, got home no strawberry shortcake. instead there was a choc. chip of some sort. went back the next saturday and spoke to the person that took my order the previous week. i explained to her what happened as i was ordering 3 more donuts and she said that she would give me "one on the house." she then gave me the charge receipt and i was billed for 4 instead of three. i pointed it out to her and she seemed confused and said she would run a credit for me and gave me another receipt. well i looked at my credit card statement and for last saturday and several days after no credit appeared on my account and the only line item from parlor donuts was the $15.64 for 4 donuts instead of 3. be careful when you order.

My husband ordered us donuts today. We drove 30 minutes to pick them up. My donut was supposed to be bourbon caramel (husband says lady asked twice which donut and he repeated twice bourbon caramel). We get home (hour round trip) to see it is a strawberry and cream donut. WTH?
