I love Perkins? One of the most consistent places for good food and service no matter where you go. I especially love there breakfasts. The magnificent seven is a perfect start.

Just ordered delivery. Have been trying to call for 40 minutes no answer. Very disappointed..apparently they don't wear hair nets because there was more then 1 hair in my sons dinner. To bad they couldn't answer so I could tell them how gross that is.

So disappointedā¦. We were sat at a table but not acknowledge to follow them to the table they called us from across the dining room to come sit. We then sat at the table where i overheard the waitress quietly tell the person who sat us āyou need to tell them itās going to be a LONG timeā. We were never told that just what i overheard. We then sat at the table not spoken to or told itās going to be a few minutes or anything. We ended up sitting there waiting for 20 minutes and got up and left. super disappointed as iāve been coming here for years.
The food is very good and the restaurant is clean. Waitresses are kind and attentive.

We arrived for breakfast, a crowd of people in between the two sets of doors, so we figured everyone was waiting to get name on the waiting list, after 10 minutes no one moved, finally I asked the couple in front of us if someone had taken their name and, the person up ahead said you have to go inside and write your name on the list. Really!!!! So I squeezed through the crowd and asked where the list is and pointed to the right. I think it's ridiculous how dysfunctional the whole place, operates, 2 people behind front counter doing nothing, 1 ringing up bills for those leaving, trying to get out of the packed doors area. Lots of empty tables, some cleaned, but the Hostess was no where to be seen. 25 minutes later we got seated. The waitresses were doing great job. When we left, we swore that we'd never go back. $47.00 + tip, for 2 breakfasts, that's just crazy, and no we didn't have steaks.
