Food was what we hoped for in a nice Florida style fish/crab house. But it was the incredible service from Natalie J which was attentive with the perfect amount of charm and humor.

I had fish and chips and was very disappointed in the fish. I don't think I've ever had fish so thin. There was more batter than fish. Very disappointed.

Softshell crab was soggy and the dead men weren't removed. The taste and texture was uneatable. The fries were undercooked and almost cold. The crab dip was heavy, but tasty

I come to this place at least one time a month and i always gets the ribs the full rack 13 bone. Now is half rack and they charge full rack side? They say now is the weight the charge the price ? And any way this new ribs are really bad full with fat. Very very disappointing. I am back when my original 13 bones are back. Thanks a have a great day

I just wanted to hop on here & give the staff/restaurant some high praise. We came here on vacation & the food didn't come out as expected. The staff was so kind & helpful with getting our food fixed & taken care of. They honestly went above & beyond! I would recommend trying it out if you're in the area!

Its just average for me. I've been to a couple and the experience is the same. Food it alright. The restaurant isn't anything to write home about and service is questionable. Give it a try for the food. Its a bit more expensive then I would expect but thats ok.

The seafood is fresh. I do wish that all of our party had the same experience with their same ordered dishes. 3 ordered blackened grouper and they weren't seasoned the same.
This was our second time dining here. Both times have been great, food was great, service was ok, we had to flag down for drink refills.

We had a wonderful experience at the Pinchers in Venice! Jared did a fantastic job with quick and attentive service. We had the raw oysters, Crab Rangoon and the Pinchers Claws. The food was delicious and fresh. For dessert, we've had their Key Lime Pie (which is heavenly) but we wanted a change. Jared recommended the Chocolate Cake Tower - and it did not disappoint! Before leaving, Jared graciously gave us his work of art. We will definitely be back!
