We ordered a Big Dinner Box online and requested one pizza have pepperoni, bacon pieces, and garlic buttery blend with another pizza to have just beef. The sides were pasta and bread sticks. Upon delivery we did not receive a big dinner box. We received two medium pizzas, one with pepperoni and bacon pieces while the other had beef and garlic buttery blend. In a separate box we received the two sides. Not only did we get something different than what we ordered, they got the toppings on the wrong pizzas... Contact was made with an employee who claimed his name was Adam, to which they replied "They were out of the big box pizzas." The employee was also rude when asking why we were complaining about receiving something different. They sarcastically said “What do you expect me to do? Make you two new pizzas?” We told Adam that we’re not upset with the change in the order, we’re more upset that they couldn’t get the toppings correct on the pizzas to an order that was already being changed without our knowledge. In the future when a change to an order has to be made, it might be a good idea to contact the customer to ensure that the change is okay. I paid for a Big Dinner Box and did not receive one. Not to name your competition, but when another large Pizza chain made a simple mistake of forgetting to give Marinara sauce with a side of bread sticks, they not only redelivered the sauce they baked me whole new breadsticks to make up for their mistake. I’m not expecting this level of customer service. However, having better contact with your customers before sending out the wrong order, as well as after being told an error was made with an order would better smooth over when inevitable mistakes are made.This is only the second time ordering from this restaurant and yet it is the second time I have had an issue with a meal. On a lighter note, at least the delivery guy was prompt and polite. Maybe he should have made the pizzas instead.Reason I give a 3 star review is because the pizza wasn't bad, just horrible customer service.

It was really good until they ripped us off on our last order. We ordered a big Dipper box and instead they gave us two family box pizzas, which have pizza sauce (big dipper has none) and less pepperoni than the dipper. Maybe they ran out of dippers, but they could have just called. Also, Wing Street's "bone-out wings" are not wings, just puny chicken nuggets.

Pizza hut was great! The service was fast and friendly. Even though there were a few tables full, I still got my order in 15 minutes. I'll recommend Pizza Hut to anyone!

Lunch Buffet is decently priced and isn't just pizza. Staff is great.
1st they forgot to place our order. 2ndit was dry like no sauce very little cheese. The crust crumbled into pieces while trying to eat it. No one said a word about us waiting twice as long to get . I expected at least a sorry. Want a free drink. Will not return and will tell how sad and awful it is

In our area of Canada they have closed almost all Pizza Hut restaurants and only have walkin stores now. It was so nice to go into an actual restaurant, that feels like vintage. The food was spectacular, and the service was top knotch.
