My family and I love to go to Panera. The food is tasty and the staff is very friendly!
Food has gone way down hill. I think they overreached when started doing pizza. Last sandwich I ordered was literally disgusting!

This Panera bread usually is very good with my orders and food. Today for the first time they forgot one of my smoothies, added pickles and sauce to one of my sandwiches and added red pickles to mines also.. everyone has off days so i let it go, like i said, the usually are amazing. Totally recommended
Quite a few elderly customers without masks should not have been allowed to dine inside.. They should have been told to dine outside or leave.

Grilled cheese is warm bread with cheese in middle. Staff is rude and argumentative. Place is dirty. Very poor quality, worse customer service. Save your money and don’t get sick. Go somewhere else to eat.
Arrived at 10 am. Decaf coffee was empty. Took about 15 minutes to get done. Muffin was gummy. Tasted undercooked. I had a cappuccino that was just so so. Don’t need to go there anymore. However the staff was very friendly.
