At first I tried to place the order online then it said not available. So I called the girl was a bit confused about what I wanted. Got that straightened out and she gave the total $71.I hung up and checked the price online and it was different. The bbq pack, fried pickles with spicy ranch. So I called back and the same girl said they raised the prices and the spicy ranch was a upcharge and there was a service charge she didn't know what that was for. This maybe the last time I order from there. Raising prices is one thing but don't have different ones online. What the frig is the service charge for?????? My husband went to pick it up and ask to talk to a manager and the manager basically argued with him an acted like he shouldn't have questioned the prices. In the background the girl who took the order was making faces. Food was not worth what we paid. Not going back. There are 2 other places we never tried because we always went to Rib City. Very frustrating.

Ordered for a meal through Uber eats. The chicken and spareribs were OK however, you do not get enough sour cream for a full baked potato. I do not know what they put in their coconut cream pie, but it was $10 for a small piece and I couldn’t even eat it as it just tasted horrible. Will not be ordering from there again.

I visited here this afternoon at 7.37 pm to order bbq to go and the doors were locked. I saw two female workers looking at me through the door, while I tried to open it. On the door it clearly stated 11 am to 8pm… oh well

My recent experience at this establishment was disappointing to say the least, despite having dined here numerous times without incident. On this occasion, we ordered a half-pound of pulled pork to-go, only to discover upon arriving home that we had been given sliced pork instead. Who orders just sliced pork?? This was very frustrating as sliced pork was not what we ordered or expected.
Fortunately, after contacting the restaurant, they corrected the mistake and provided the correct order, which we appreciated. However, I strongly recommend that others carefully review their to-go orders before leaving to ensure accuracy. Although the error was rectified, this experience was less than satisfactory, and I have adjusted my rating accordingly.

chicken tenders or shredded tires? Similar texture. Air conditioning? Completely absent on this visit. It was hot as the underworld in here.

I was about to grab some drive through BK and thought I deserved something a little nicer for myself so I looked around and saw this on the route home. Stopped in and first thing I noticed was all the well worn booths. That means it's been there a while, and people keep going there. They give less of a care about spending money on making the place look nice, and more care on making the food. I like that. I ordered a sandwich, with the two sides and did an upgrade on one to premium side, no drink. Total after tip was $18-19 for just myself. It's a little more than I'd like to have spent for a quick lunch, but times are tough, prices are going up all over, and it is what it is. Fried Okra was pretty good, Mac n Cheese was REALLY good, and I liked my sliced pork sandwich. I was brought 4 sauces and while I knew the Carolina gold would not be my favorite, I tried it anyway. The hot was the best, the tangy was pretty good, and the house sauce was ok. The sandwich in general had a good amount of meat on it, and I liked the garlic bread slices used in it. I'd come here again for lunch again, maybe try the lunch specials or go with the ribs. It was good and quiet, the high walls of the booths meant people weren't looking at me eating with my hands and getting messy, and I was able to just take a break and check out of things for a bit. Waitress was super nice too and gave me just enough space and attention so you know she's good. All in all I'd take this over the Panera or other big chain place any day.
