We had such a wonderful lunch outside today! Our server Jenny was wonderful so friendly and helpful!!! We will 100% be back!!

I had a fantastic breakfast at Seed & Bean Coffee Bar! The breakfast burrito was packed with flavor—fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and just the right amount of seasoning. The mimosas were a great touch, refreshing and well-balanced. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to start the day. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

The delta 8 joint I got was pretty decent. Tasted good, decent head high. $13 is fairly steep, they should reorganize the layout of the store so the cbd/delta stuff is up front instead of way in the back corner. They did offer and give free matches which was nice.

I was really shocked at how good this place was. Excellent service, nice open air view, and outrageously good food. Will definitely be back.

Drink prices are fair. I had the bloody Mary and a strawberry Mimosa. The server/bartender was very sweet and accomodating.

Very nice coffee shop, bar, and eatery in Venice! They have acoustic music from 1-4 on Saturdays and he was very good!
The salads were yummy but on the small side for the price. I had the Mahi Mahi tacos with watermelon 🍉 salsa and Chipotle Aoli, and it did not disappoint. Our server was super nice, and service was fairly quick. Not only do they have food, smoothies, and drinks, but they also sell CBD products , hence the name."

I came here to Venice to escape from a lot of stress I was dealing with and Denise made my experience very pleasant. She’s a great person with a great attitude who is also a hard worker. Having a place like this also adds a great addition to any town. If they had this place where I live in south Jersey I would be here every week. My opinion is they should advertise more, especially if they want to keep good loyal employees with them. The place didn’t seem to get much business the few times I went. Hope they can get busier because it’s a great place and the live music definitely makes a great addition and can draw in people also.

The cook is gone….Someone new is on the kitchen.
Went here with our guests. Very disappointed.
Waiting time for the food preparation was more than hour. Plate was cold. Eggs Benedict overcooked, dry.

Will not return. It was a favorite spot a while ago…….
