The place is really old, hot and covered with dust. Service was so slow and we waited a good 20 minutes to get drinks after ordering them. Just really needs to be cleaned up.

We went last night it was so hottttttt in this place no AC. Took forever to get food. The food wasn’t good chicken had lots of fat and gristle. Filet mignon was very chewy. The worst hibachi I’ve ever had. Very outdated.

We come here every so often as a family...it's pretty good. Here is why only 3 stars... most places like this serve rice and noodles...this place only does rice. I also noticed they don't do a shrimp appetizer like most other hibachi places. Finally, although the food is great, it was VERY expensive, especially considering the above.

So glad we decided to go here. Went with a group of 6 on a weeknight. Didn't have to wait, but we may have if we went on a weekend. We each ordered different combination dinners. It was so fun watching the individual meal preparations and the prepared dinners were exactly as ordered and enjoyed by all. Entire staff was fun to interact with. Will definitely go back!

Ordered a filet mignon and received a top sirloin, ordered shrimp and it tasted like liter fluid was sprayed on it to cook it faster, portions of rice and vegetables were small and soda was flat and served from a 2 liters... would not recommend.

I have probably already have given a review for Shogun in the past. I've been visiting this place since I was 14 years old in the mid-1990s. It is my go-to place for special events and my absolute favorite restaurant ever! The staff recognizes me when I come in, and I absolutely love that. The food is wonderful every time!!! I do miss the bean sprouts terribly. So many events celebrated here, and we just celebrated my most recent birthday with my family here. There is nothing like a Shirley Temple to compliment a shrimp, fillet, and chicken dinner with extra sauce. It feels like home to me, but I encourage anybody who hasn't been to go.

Place is very run down and dirty. The serving size was so small for what we paid. There was no hibachi “show”. Food was awful and everything was cooked in yum-yum sauce which I did not like.

Only giving this place 1 ⭐️ because I can’t put 0. Waiter was rude from the beginning. Should have just walked out but stayed to try it out. Food was disgusting, no flavor, rice tasted terrible, they do not have teriyaki sauce which is strange because it’s a Japanese hibachi restaurant. Will never go back again! Disgusting! ? my son said his chicken tasted raw and chewy. Worst hibachi ever!
