I was going in a few times a week until I ordered an acai bowl recently. I sat down in the store to eat and notice something hard and purple in bowl. I took it to the girl and it turned out to be a few pieces of the plastic from inside the acai container it ships in had broken off and were inside my acai. I haven't been back, I could've become very ill ? and there is just NO excuse. I had granola in my acai bowl as well so it's a good thing I was extra observant and noticed the plastic pieces because they could've been hard to see with the chunky granola in there. You can't be serving people food with plastic in it, crazy! Do not recommend this location! ?Reply to owner response:Wait, so you think the fact she remade my acai bowl without plastic afterwards but you still charged me is making up for it? You must be joking...

More about the new App that SK decided to have me sign up for all over (see recent reviews). Tried to use points but order shows NOT processing. So I ordered and paid inside. They called after I was home and said order received and made. What?? And I have NOT received a refund even after requested!

I've also seen them assist new customers in line, guiding them towards healthy choices based on their preferences and making them feel like part of the family. I visited this smoothie king on 12/29 and unfortunately had a regrettable experience. Upon entering the establishment, I could overhear the manager, Becky conversing with another person. Becky was griping to him about how I shouldn’t be parked in the handicap parking spot in front of the store. Mind you I have a CLEARLY VISIBLE handicap tag hanging in my windshield. It is not my responsibility to correct her or explain my situation, but it is her responsibility to treat all guests with respect. Ignoring her and not saying anything, I start to walk out of the store and overhear Becky say “I’d be pissed if my mom needed that spot.” I felt disrespected and embarrassed, so I decided to call the store on my ride home and that’s when Becky proceeded to tell me that, “she was not talking about me and doesn’t have time for this” then hung up on me. Absolute disgrace to this company that I support almost daily and I will be sure to avoid this particular store in the future

I recently had an unfortunate experience with my smoothie order. Despite specifically requesting a strawberry banana peanut butter smoothie, I received an angel food smoothie instead. Upon expressing my concern, I was blamed for supposedly not ordering correctly. It's disheartening to be blamed for a mistake that wasn't mine.I believe clear communication is essential in any service industry, and I hope my feedback helps improve the overall customer experience

It's been at least a year since I've been to a Smoothie King. They used to have you order at the bar where you come in and then pay at the register. Apparently, now they have you go to the register and pick up at the bar, something I was unaware of as I was not-so-nicely told I'd have to wait in line (a line being 1 person ahead of me). I thought they were talking while I waited...I'm not one of those people who let's 1 bad thing ruin your whole day, but they exist...she could gave told me nicer, then tried to be nice afterward. Service alone, 2 stars. My smoothie was good.

The 2 girls that were working this morning had HORRIBLE ATTITUDES, today is Tuesday August 8th. As I arrived, first I walked in and asked HOW ARE YOU DOING? Both ignored me and did not even acknowledge I was there, so I asked again...Then I asked if they were working on a specific order, I never come off rude, i treat everyone with respect as they anyone else being nice would.. one said yah!, we know. I said what? They said we know. Then they handed me 2 smoothies in a 4 piece to go handler and said have a good day.....I get to a customers house and customer realizes there was 2 more after showing me....I called smoothie king back the phone rang and rang and rang for several minutes nobody picked up....then I called again then I said I was missing 2 and they said yah we told you we were working on it....I said nope...you gave be 2 complete smoothies and said here is your scott order, ? ? ..as I was leaving I stopped and spoke to another gentleman....the 2 girls just looked away and did not say a word, you would think they would say something like...hold on we have 2 more for you sir...nope, nothin.... why hand me an order saying here you go, scott is ready, you both were going to give me another 4 slot cup holder with 2 more smoothies, Doesnt make sense. I asked what one of the girls names was on the phone...SHE HUNG UP!!!...one girl had glasses I believe with different piercings, the other girl was mixed, the only 2 young girls working this morning. . This new woke generation has zero respect, full of attitude.
