Hopped in here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Had a hot veggie wrap with cheese , onions tomatoes, pickles and cucumber with a side of French fries and a lemon lime soda made fresh. Had a small hot frudge sundae for ? dessert. The hot fudge is old school delicious fudge. My servers were excellent as well!

Our first time here: we were looking for a simpler fare and we were delighted to find this quaint diner
Service was excellent
We had two different specials of the day: the sloppy Joe was good but could have used a bit more tang and the fish and the fish/chips was good - I liked the crispy batter.

I left a review a few months ago with low rating due to the worst customer service I had ever seen...however, gave them another chance today. Our server Austin was unbelievable. Great attitude, friendly, polite and simply customer focused. Had the pastrami as usual. Normally excellent but today was just average at best as it was a little dry but edible. Wife had her favorite meatball sub though we almost didn't order as we thought $17 for a meatball sub was extremely expensive. The sub was fairly large though. Most items are way over priced. We had a little issue with a pest but Austin handled it like champ. Thank you Austin for your great attitude and service.

Good old fashioned cafe and a
great place for lunch. My BLT and fries were delicious and filling.

The service was very good and there is plenty of street and free lot parking.

I had a slice of pepperoni pizza and a cup of chicken soup and she charged me $17.00! Instead...go down a couple doors and have a slice of pizza with iced tea for only five dollars and the pizza's much better!!

Amazing food and cheap for the location.. original stuff like burgers and pizza, and unique stuff as well like the Pink Cadillac and house made soda.. definitely a place I'll remember while I'm out of state

ordered online..
Missing the kids meal soda..the potato salads had hardly any salad, the onion rings burnt. What was terrible was the service. The young man who prepared the food lined it up on the countertop and gave hubby a bag..Hubby asked if he could bag it and asked for utensils..same boy replied "don't you have at your home"? He said they needed their itensils for use there. ??? Hubby said we were eating at the beach but the same young man said "no" they had no plastic utensils. How is that possible?

Old school cool. Vast menu options. I had a really big canzone loaded with ricotta and pepperoni, meat sauce was to die for. It was cooked perfectly!!! So delicious! We had a Rueben sandwich that so perfect too! Yum, flavor!!

The "That's Italian sandwich is the size of a sub it has so much veggies piled on top it can classify as a salad. Tastes pretty good but the meat + cheese to veggie ratio could have been better. A bit too much veggies

My Cousin, his fiancé, and I visited The Soda Fountain yesterday, Labor Day, and we had an exceptionally wonderful experience. The welcome was warm and sincere, the food was fabulous, and the presentation spot on. My calzone was out of this world, and every item that was deep fried( French fries, tater tots , etc… ) was true to taste, made with clean oil. I can ALWAYS tell. I have lived on the Island going on 5 years now, and The Soda Fountain is my favorite haunt. I was so pleased to take my family there(again) because they are from the East coast, and not familiar with local spots. A special thanks to the owner, Nick, and his lovely wife for their kind hospitality. Sincerely, Paige Faulkner.

Parking: So easy, like, 2 steps from the front door.
