While I know music cheers everyone up it’s so loud that people who try to use the work space atmosphere have a hard time with how loud it is. It doesn’t need to be a rock concert. :(

Friendly staff but seating area for customers needs a make over!!!!!! Nasty chairs etc not comfortable!!!staff is outs!!!

The person I was working with chose starbucks to do a virtual meeting.

I asked him if I should go up to them. And asked them if they would quiet down because they were making so much noise in the kitchen..
It would've been nice if we chose somewhere else to do our meeting.

And the staff at this restaurant was horrible. They should have been more quiet and we should probably get our money back

Parking: Parking lot is small and hard to maneuver around if you have a larger vehicle.

I kid you not! I went through the drive through and ordered an Americano with cream and equal. I got an Americano with no creamer and no equal. So I go inside and I shared my disenchantment with one of the clerks and she said, we don't have equal and I said well they didn't tell me that and besides there's not even any creamer in it. So she said she'd take care of it... 10 mins later I asked if she forgot about me and she said... no but there's a lot of people ahead of you. So I was like maybe when a customer's order is wrong you can make that a priority? They took so long I had to leave to be somewhere. But I went back! Then they served me right away but guess what... they didn't put any coffee in the effing cup! Hahaha Hahaha Hahaha! What a cluster you know what...

I called the store with a request ans Assistant Manager Lindsie went out of her way to assist me. In a world where poor customer service is the norm, Lindsie was thr wonderful exception. I will drive out of my way to go to this store again. Great job! Starbucks... if you are listening, please promote this wonderful young lady.
