New management is trash! Most garbage experience I’ve had at this location so far. Subs were made incorrectly not even what I ordered night shift is definitely a nightmare.

I come into this subway once a week today when I came in I ordered my Usual BLT but the Indian guy behind the counter didn’t understand me and started making me a turkey. I told him it’s made with Bacon not turkey and he just added bacon to the turkey. I tried getting one of the other staff members attention but they all just ignored me.

I’ve been to many different Subway restaurant locations over the years. In my opinion, my favorite location (and the best) is the one in Highland IL, in the Northtown strip mall. They’re ALWAYS friendly, they put plenty of toppings on your sandwich/salad & 9 out of 10 times, my order is correct. I prefer to order off the app because this location is usually always busy! I can pick up my food and go. Plus there’s always some type of special or discount to apply to your order. My family orders from this location all the time! We’re very loyal & faithful customers!
Vegetarian options: There are obviously vegetarian options at Subway.
Dietary restrictions: Subway is great for people who have dietary restrictions. Especially for those who are diabetic, choose to eat heart healthy, low carb, etc.
Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu for families, which is helpful
Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is wheelchair accessible
Ordered 2 subs July 31, 2024 at 2pm. The server was rude, the lettuce was wilted, the steak and cheese was not heated and the rolls were stale. We will NEVER go there again and will inform friends and family of the terrible service and poor food quality.

Last time I will go to this location always issues and short staffed. Placed an online order for pick up said it was ready. Went into the store to pick it up, the guy behind the counter was surprised that I walked in. Order was not ready and then the guy lost the order so I had to give him the order again.
It was a great experience the place looked clean and the worker behind the counter the girl with black hair was amazing and very nice and to the point felt very respected as a customer and treated like a friend. the sandwich was perfect when I say perfect I mean it in this not so perfect world it was perfect, will be back that's for sure!!

We have never had Subs from Subway that were so gross. On our BMT there was way too much Mayo and vinegarette,it was a soggy gross mess and our meatball sub had no flavor.
