I gave 5 stars because food service workers work hard, the food was fresh and hot. I went in during lunch time, there were only 6 other people inside, the wait time was long ( i would normally knock off a pount) however the drive through was very busy so I'll over look that..

Disrespectful service and missing items. I ordered a Chicken Chalupa Combo, Cantina Burrito, Cantina Soft Taco, and Chips with Guac. Got only the combo and burrito. No chips, no taco. When I asked, the staff took 5 minutes to respond and then threw the chips on the counter without a word. Still missing the taco, but I didn’t bother going back after that rude behavior. Check your order—don’t expect good service here.

Normally love Taco Bell, especially the combo, Luxe box.... this particular location however was a little disappointing.... staff were very nice, however, very little filling in taco, burrito, or chalupa.... also Mango tea was very watery...almost as if they were trying to ration the food, and drink supply... otherwise, good....

This location and crew are one of the best in the Bells brigade. Props in particular to their Manager who seems to be there 7 days a week keep it clean n client centric

Staff hanging around on phones etc. not paying attention to counter. I don't use kiosk. I rather have customer service. Place is dirty. See picture. That's the kitchen! Hard to find a place to sit because either the chairs, tables or both have food crumbs. I'm not in the habit of cleaning my own table at ANY restaurant before I eat. Food was OK as usual. Let's clean it up.

I ordered a big order for myself and two children. 5 Of the cheesy roll ups were so cold. I drove back through and the young, petite girl with brown hair said drive around. I rolled down my window and I proceeded to hand her the bag and she glared at me. Never Apologized. A young male manager politely handed us the new ones. I've never ever had a problem here. Even when I pulled up to pay, the same young girl started repeating take your card when she could see I was passing the kids their food. Not acceptable. She can work in fast food if she has no manners
