Been here twice in the past 2 weeks. I work for a food delivery service. The staff of 2 is completely overwhelmed! You cannot have 1 person preparing food for dine-in, take out, and drive thru. It’s not possible! The manager is doing the best she can but I wouldn’t blame her if she locked the doors and walked out. I waited half an hour for a customer’s order that hadn’t even been started yet! Two customers walked out while I was waiting. The franchise manager needs to get his/her act together!

I love Taco Bell but went to one on 41 bypass and got Mexican pizza, among other items. The pizza shell smelled funny and it was definitely cooked in old grease. Took a few bites and then threw away. Was sick for two days. Will never go back to that one. CHANGE THE OIL AND QUIT SERVING OLD FOOD!!!

Tired to get order an additional item at the window, employee was very rude and told us we need to pull back around and go through the drive through again, even though there were no cars behind. NO customer service and he was not friendly. Would not recommend.

Rude service and terrible food. Paid $9.99 for the Luxe Cravings Box promotion that was supposed to be $7.00. We were told this is not a corporate store so they don’t have to participate in promotional pricing. Food was also terrible and portions of ingredients were very skimpy. Won’t be back here ever! I guess the Yelp score of 1.5/5 stars is even more than this location deserves.

The past three times I came here, everyone working hates there life and has no costumer service skills,, please don’t forget to check in before your order or they won’t bother they also always forget to add sour cream every time.. today the girl didn’t give me my receipt or id take a picture.. I ordered at 3:30 on 01/09/25
This is supposed to be fast food. I don't expect much from Taco Bell as far as food but it should at least be quick and cheap. A 30 minute wait for 3 tacos and a soda for $20 is not acceptable. All self order. No printed receipt and what they send by text is invalid. These are frequent occurrences at this location and others.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell pretty regularly if not for myself someone else. Everytime I go I get a Mexican pizza the past three times it’s been old and has a very distinct smell. I’ve called complained and asked for a fresh one, went back and they just put 5x the amount of beef on ANOTHER OLD SHELL!! The manager has no customer service skills and obviously doesn’t make her team cook fresh food everyday! If I could give 0 starts I would.

Chicken nuggets were tiny and no sauce given. Pepsi was watered down. Ordered large drink and given a small. Cinnamon Twists had little to no sugar and cinnamon. Felt like we could have spent that $30 elsewhere and gotten a lot more bang for our buck.
