We didn’t order the pizza, so we may have missed the best part of this restaurant. What we did order was not authentic Italian food by any means. My wife and I are both Italian and we have been to dozens of Italian restaurants all over the world, especially in Italy. My wife had the Caprese appetizer. Delicious is the first word that comes to mind about Trattoria Da Mino. It's a small restaurant in beautiful downtown Venice with indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered a pizza and the Chicken Marsala. The bread the served before the meal was warm and delicious with what tasted like olive oil and salt drizzled on top.
