Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We ordered delivery through the TSC App. Our order arrived without any of our smoothies. When I tried to get in touch with the branch, the phone rings and rings and eventually just hangs up without an option to leave a voicemail. We called several times with the same result. I had to search Google for the customer support phone number, because it’s not in an easy-to-find place on their website. Finally found the number and got in touch with someone, only for her to act like she didn’t even realize she picked up a phone call. She didn’t greet me, introduce herself, or state that she was a CSR with TSC. I had to start the conversation, and then had to ask if I was calling the correct number. Customer support was wholly unhelpful, and just put in the same request form I had already put in on their website. So now we have to wait for a response from “upper management” just to have our refund processed for the smoothies we did not receive from Tropical SMOOTHIE Cafe. We put in an order for delivery for convenience purposes, and spending half of my morning just trying to get a refund for the smoothies I didn’t receive has been far from convenient.

Had an issue with a delivery and have YET to hear back from anyone. It has been over a month now. Now my account is locked and I cannot even access it. This is ridiculous. I will not be back.

So they think it’s okay to fire workers who don’t want to do online classes at home and not get paid for it, and than when they go to pick up their check they aren’t getting paid what was agreed upon? My wife worked at one of your locations for Assistant manager and was fired for not wanting to do online classes at home and not get paid for it. On top of that when she went to pick up her check it was only $7.25 an hour when the agreed upon amount was $12 dollars an hour

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀

We LOVE this place! The food is fresh and delicious and the customer service is top notch!! It’s also super affordable!

$16 bowl was a frozen puck in a tiny cup half way filled I added peanut butter Nutella and there was not enough to fill a quarter of the spoon . I’ve never had one be this bad , it’s unfortunate I’ll head to smoothie king or the north location in Sarasota waste of money

I am a EZ driver and pick up multiple orders from this location, the people that work here are helpful, always on time! understanding and nice. Love doing deliveries for them! Always get a long and always look forward to seeing them. 😀

Jerzea was of big help help, she was quick to help with anything I ask and presented knowledge of all the menu items by memory. She was very kind and made my visit great and enjoyable I will likely come here again and hope to see Jerzea on staff, if not for her I probably wouldn’t even be leaving this review, but she made a great impression compared to other places I have been and am glad to know their is someone out their willing to help and who seems to enjoy making satisfied customers.

Olivia was the only employee to greet and help out of what I counted 5 other employees who were sitting and ignoring customers in the back of the kitchen today. Very shameful for the management at this location. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was so unfortunate and unfair of one hard working employee.
*Also, no use of gloves seen, bleh!

Store is in a dead looking strip mall. The ONLY reason I stopped is because my PIC wanted a smoothie. Was not impressed w the store's location. The young lady who helped us was friendly and accommodating. I ordered a smoothie that did not have banana in it (because I'm not a banana fan) it ended up tasting like banana and by the time I realized that, we were in the car driving away.

I love the New Management Amy. She has made an excellent turn around. The staff is amazing. I look forward to shopping and drinking my favorite Blimey Limey in beautiful venice.
