Ordered online a smoothie and a side of sweet potatoes at 2:31 got there at 2:41 waited in line for 30 mins! -Marion , IA location

I made sure I put in the order that I wanted no tomatoes in my wrap and they still put it in. If I don’t check I would’ve eaten it and could’ve gotten an allergic reaction. As simple as reading instructions and they can’t do it. Very inefficient kids in this store, either they mess up with the drink or my food. But it’s too much to ask to do it right. And don’t let me forget the mess!!!

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.

Delicious healthy alternative

Went in around lunchtime and got a smoothie and some flatbreads 🫓 🥤 🥙 and everything was delicious! Chicken Bacon Ranch and Peanut Butter Crunch flatbread were tasty and a nice size . The Bahama Mama smoothie was refreshing and tropical. Quick and friendly service and I got some coupons as well from them. I'll definitely be back! 😁

My first experience smoothies were made good only thing I could say was the store had a weird smell. Came back again for an online order for 2 drinks only to find out they were out of ingredients for one of the drinks when I arrived for pickup. They gave a refund only after pushing to order something else. Tried again one more time another day, this visit they were out of the normal size cups. Ordered 2 drinks and got 4 child size cups that each tasted different and was not made aware until the drinks were ready. After this visit I had to read their reviews and it adds. I wanted to love this place however, I won't be coming back. They need to run this place better.

So I ordered awesome chocolate and it had a fly in it and the lady who made it put my name as jit. And she did not even ask for my name she just put jit

This place NEEDS to be shut down, the children that are employed here are worthless, and full of excuses, they could not even make a wrap 2 of them tried and it was laughable, I asked for a refund and they claim there is no manager on site and don’t know when one could be in to refund my money ,

We ordered delivery through the TSC App. Our order arrived without any of our smoothies. When I tried to get in touch with the branch, the phone rings and rings and eventually just hangs up without an option to leave a voicemail. We called several times with the same result. I had to search Google for the customer support phone number, because it’s not in an easy-to-find place on their website. Finally found the number and got in touch with someone, only for her to act like she didn’t even realize she picked up a phone call. She didn’t greet me, introduce herself, or state that she was a CSR with TSC. I had to start the conversation, and then had to ask if I was calling the correct number. Customer support was wholly unhelpful, and just put in the same request form I had already put in on their website. So now we have to wait for a response from “upper management” just to have our refund processed for the smoothies we did not receive from Tropical SMOOTHIE Cafe. We put in an order for delivery for convenience purposes, and spending half of my morning just trying to get a refund for the smoothies I didn’t receive has been far from convenient.

Had an issue with a delivery and have YET to hear back from anyone. It has been over a month now. Now my account is locked and I cannot even access it. This is ridiculous. I will not be back.

So they think it’s okay to fire workers who don’t want to do online classes at home and not get paid for it, and than when they go to pick up their check they aren’t getting paid what was agreed upon? My wife worked at one of your locations for Assistant manager and was fired for not wanting to do online classes at home and not get paid for it. On top of that when she went to pick up her check it was only $7.25 an hour when the agreed upon amount was $12 dollars an hour
