I had to wait 30 mins to get my food on my hour break to get back to work 10 mins later to find that my chili cheese fries that I paid extra for has the nacho cheese sauce that I specifically asked for them to not put on. On top of that, they tried to hand me my fries without my burger. A waste of my time.
Edit : I changed it to a 4 star since I spoke to the manager Kelly. She fixed the issue and stated she will take care of me the next visit.

This may be the worst Wendy's in the area. If you like stale, cold, or missing food items every time, this is the place to go. The bonus you'll get is the rude and unfriendly staff members. Save your time and go somewhere else, unless you like waiting just to go back through the drive-thru for an issue you have with your order.

This may be the worst Wendy's in the country! They should be shut down! I went a week ago and sat in the drive through for 25 min. When I tried to put an order in they were out of everything I tried to order. We drove to another Wendy's. We tried again today because I understand things happen with supply. They were out of half of the things I wanted to order. Then forgot 2 things that we did order. The people that work there are rude and not helpful. I try to be positive and give fair reviews. If you look at other reviews I have left you will see this. This store should not be in business they are awful! If you want Wendy's go to another location!!!

I order frequently. Very frequently. But tonight? I ordered a classic chicken med meal with a Dave's Single. The chicken was so dry and old, it was a hockey puck. Dave's single? Instead of frying a fresh single patty, which is bigger than the patties they use for their cheaper sandwiches, were two smaller ones, and old. The fries... brown from the grease and cold.... I used to work there. It doesn't take long to make fresh food. I love wendys, but I'm starting to see why north port closed down.

Android Auto led me lo the back door, rightly so, turning off 41 with no dedicated lane is a risky proposition. But there's almost no signage and the restaurant was so dark I thought it might be closed or even out of business. Baked potatoes are what, imho, distinguish Wendy's from other fast food, that was great. Staffed by clueless pre-teens, only one of which seemed to realize that they had a customer. Spotty WiFi

Arrived at open hours last night to pick up a DoorDash order to be told they were not going to make the food as they were short staffed. There was no one there in line at all so I really had a hard time understanding why if they were open they couldn’t make food… just turn the lights off and leave if you aren’t going to do your job? I had to cancel the order which harms my completion rate all because of laziness.

Ordered a taco salad around 7:00p.m. weekday night. No wait, went through drive-thru. They gave us a southwest salad. Surprising they didn't get it right since Wendy's only has 2 or 3 salads. They did give us the sauce that should go with the taco salad, and it was very thin , runny. No visible pieces of meat or beans. The tortilla chips were the ones for the southwest salad . Not the best surprise.
