I don't normally complain but this, but this has happened over and over. Everytime I order breakfast online and get there to pick it up, there is always 2 vehicles in the parking lot (Mercedes and honda) but no one answers at the drive thru. Lights to the menu are off with still dinner on the menu. I'm done going out of the way to get food there and it's closed. McDonald's is open at the same time down the road. I'll just use my app and go there from now on due to the repeated issue. There should be no excuse for this either. They did mention it's hard to find employees to work but other restaurants don't seem to have an issue.

Just to be clear, Wendy's is always a disappointment no matter the location- which is why we hardly ever eat at one. Against my better judgement, I wanted to try the Krabby Patty (specifically for the sauce). Wendy's is nothing if not consistent. This $10 dollar burger is NOTHING special. It was dry af with just a little drop of sauce...such a small amount that i wasnt even able to identify the taste of it. My kiddo's nuggets were rock hard and all our fried were cold. But again- this is the norm at Wendy's: bland tasting, overpriced, garbage food.

Asked for two menu items.on yhe 2 for 3 and didn't get a receipt or confirmation and they up charged me large fries so paid 4 dollars more. You should ask for receipt when ordering from here this is ghe second time in a row

I love the triple baconater, and the new Creamsicle frosty. The only bad thing is it takes a long time for them to bring out the food. They are nice people there, no bad experience from the workers.

Walked in at 10:15 to have breakfast. No customers in the store, one car in the drive thru. Took 15 minutes to get our food! Ordered honey chicken biscuit add egg, no butter/honey on the biscuit and it was hard as a rock, when I asked for a fresh one, the manager said it was fresh. ? So I asked for a bun to put it on, he obliged, I put my chicken and egg on the bun, chicken was hard as well! Our friends ordered the same, the egg wasn’t done! They said they were switching to lunch if we wanted something else, got a wrap and it was so sloppy we just had to eat the inside with a fork because the wrap wouldn’t stay together. We saw a drive thru customer come back and complain about her food , got a refund and the server didn’t apologize or anything just walked away. Clearly this is a new restaurant but clearly they ALL need to be retrained on how to make the food! Very disappointed! Waste of money and time!
