The food is always rubbery and not made right not to mention they barely have anything made when I order from here. The prices are ridiculous and much rather go somewhere else. The employees have great service it's just quality is what's

Asian Chao was always God. But now it has changed really bad.The noodles tasted bad, only one springroll and no Sweetsoure sauce available? Those things are the basic foods for a Asian place. Why does Asian Chow in the Treasure Mall taste much more like I used to know? Please get better like I used to know...

We have ordered this food in the mall for years, but today I felt taken advantage of with our order. I am diabetic and usually just get meat and veggies. They did not have the bowl and wanted to charge 12.95 for Ala carte only. And now entree is $11.95. Way more than I remember paying before. I got charged additional .75 for orange chicken that my grand son ordered for a very small portion. It's mostly noodles which I do not even eat most of it because it will spike my sugar. It taste good but way overpriced! Just the Grand kids and I was $47!!! I could have sat down and been served somewhere for that!

Staff was friendly. I ordered the 2 entree meal at 11.95. Noodles, Bourbon Chicken, and the Kung Pao Chicken. Plus a drink. Prices are reasonable.Parking: Mall parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Mall parking.

Egg rolls are always burnt. Rice never tastes cooked all the way. No one really speaks to you because they don't speak English. Only one that really helped and looked like they cared isn't working there anymore. 1 of 5 stars because they should be doin better. The mall is declining in sales. Yet they aren't doin better. Also nothing is ever hott when food served.

Bourbon chicken is good, most of the time. I gave them 2 stars because prices went way up and the portions went way down.

I have had better food. Unfortunately they nickel and dimed me for extra Bourbon sauce. The rice tasted burnt. 3 stars is being generous in my opinion. Not many options tho in that particular mall. All the other restaurants we shut down. So it was thisbor nothing. Oh well.

Anyone who says there is no flavor most likely had Covid when they ate the food. In fact the flavors are quite good and the food was made fresh. Can't knock it for what it is, only reason 4 stars is because the online ordering is incorrect; listed online items no longer exist so order won't go through.

Hungry for a quick snack, I ordered two egg rolls while walking past Asian Chao in the Indian River Mall.Price was competitive and the server was friendly. Food, though, was lacking. Egg rolls were dry and tasteless. Doctored up with Duck Sauce, they were still tasteless, but were now flavored with Duck Sauce.Food court quality food was expected and food quality food was delivered. Next time, I will ignore the temptation for a snack.

The bourbon chicken is the best and lots of sides to choose from. However sometimes they don't put enough meat in. Probably best to order more and pay extra. A combo meat and 2 sides is 8.99 worth a trip.

I've eaten here for many years. Suddenly, the prices are $2 more and the portions are 1/3 less. I am finished with them. I understand prices are getting high on everything, but the amount for value ratio has just passed what I am willing to spend...
