“Every mouthful will make your tongue do a dance in your mouth! Fresh, flavorful and delicious. Very generous portions. Staff is very attentive without being intrusive.”
“Delicious and excellent service! One of our favorites! It’s a treasure! and open later than most Vero restaurants!”
“Food and service were both excellent. Very nice decor but very noisy. It was difficult to have a quite conversation. Will definitely return as the food was really good.”
“Maison Martinique Restaurant- Vero Beach-3.5-Stars "Too many people eat just to consume calories. Try dining for a change." -- J. Walters Located within the luxurious Caribbean Court Boutique Resort is where one will find Maison Martinique. This almost hidden gem offers al fresco dining as well as three dining rooms within, so grabbing a table should not be a problem. However, as it is situated within the aforementioned Resort, calling ahead for a reservation wouldn't be a bad idea. As I did not, I was thankful for the ample seating and was lead to a vacant table almost immediately. Perusing the menu, I must say that I was highly impressed with the offerings and could only hope they tasted as good as they read. Suddenly, an odd idea popped into my head. Why not order all the specials off the menu today instead of flinging darts and ordering what they land on? As soon as I had this thought, my server, Aubrey appeared table side and inquired as to my readiness to order. I let it be known that I was indeed ready and asked for a Glenlivet neat*(side o'rocks) to get the ball rolling and then the specials of the day. Aubrey told me I couldn't go wrong with that choice and to that end put in an order for Curry Lamb Soup, one Goat Cheese Bake and one Bombay Sapphire Martini to wash it all down. Aubrey soon returned with my Scotch and what a Scotch it was. Just look at that picture. That had to be a 3.5 oz pour or I'm not the Big Boy (love you, Aubrey)!! I was about halfway through the Single Malt Nectar of the Gods when Aubrey set my food before me. Take a minute and glance at the rest of the pictures. As one can see, the presentation was stunning. If the food was as good as it read, looked and smelled I was in for yet another gastronomical treat in the burgeoning haute cuisine scene of Vero Beach. Let the festivities begin! I was told by a chef in Vero Beach that the bread should set the standard for the rest of the meal as it is the first sampling from the kitchen the customer experiences. This bread, as one can clearly see, was indeed baked on site. However, I have a sneaky feeling (due to taste and consistency) that is was baked from pre-made, frozen dough. While it tasted fine, it didn't hit the table running, so to speak. So far, so meh. As I could smell the curry lightly wafting up from the soup bowl, I hungrily procured my spoon and dove in. With what I assumed were red lentils(?) and USDA prime chunks of lamb, this not only jumped over the bar set by the bread but obliterated it in the process. The curry was perfectly proportioned and in no way overwhelmed the lamb. The lamb was so tender it almost melted on the palate like so much lamb flavored butter. This dish alone is 5 stars all day, every day. Moving on to the Goat Cheese Bake, I couldn't help sneak a last smell of the soup before trading in my spoon for a fork. The Goat cheese is broiled first, then baked on a fresh crostini that was crispy and chewy. The delicious red sauce added deep rich flavor to the divinely lightly crusted goat cheese. I could eat this every night. The accompanying Lobster and Scallop baked rice was soft and flavorful, though I could swear that the seafood rested too long and slightly killed the dish. The asparagus, while cooked to veggie perfection, lacked enough seasoning. The Bombay Sapphire Martini sans blue cheese stuffed olives was still delightful and just as heavy as the Glenlivet. As I mentioned at the start, this is the first time I have ever spurned the menu to order all specials. As such, I have to give credit where credit is due and all in all this kitchen crew knows what they are doing and sling forth some excellent chow. However, with the bread being the bread that it was and the seafood over rested, I stand firmly behind my 3.5 Star rating. The Big Boy says, "For a strong drink and a Goat Cheese Bake you can eat all day, call up and reserve a table at Maison Martinique." #iamthebigboy #bigboydiningout”

“On August 21, 2025 I experienced my 1st trip to Trattoria Dario for a birthday dinner with my husband & 2 friends. Everything from the moment we entered the restaurant to our departure was FABULOUS! Our server was Vernon. He made our evening more enjoyable than we could ever have expected! Drinks, food & desserts…all just delicious!!! Thank you Vernon & TD!! On August 31, 2025 we returned with out of town guests. This time we ate on the outdoor covered patio. Our server that evening was Dee Dee. She was just wonderful too. Our guests, who can be rather particular, were totally impressed with their food, Dee Dee and the others who supported her. It was another fun, delicious evening. Thank you Dee Dee & TD!! IMO, if you want a special evening…this is where you want to go!! You won’t be disappointed!!”

“We had a fantastic time at The Tides celebrating my husband’s birthday! He loved his blackened mahi, which was perfectly cooked and served with mashed potatoes, green beans, and carrots. Krystina and I enjoyed the peppercorn filet topped with melted Gorgonzola and crispy shallots, paired with veggies. Our daughter, Maiya, also enjoyed her chicken tenders and fries. The baked oysters and ahi tuna nachos were the highlights of the appetizers. Our server, Robert, was attentive and friendly, making the night truly special. It was a memorable evening filled with great food and service!”

“I was there on opening day, and had another amazing burger today! I’m a Flight Attendant who grew up living on the beachside of Vero! Casey’s was our place! I no longer live in Vero but …Today I had a rare layover in Melbourne, so I rented a car, drove to my hometown and drove straight to Casey’s for lunch! It was, Amazing as ALWAYS! Worth the $90 to rent the car??? ABSOLUTELY! Thanks for the memories, the great food, and awesome service!”

“After living in Vero Beach for nearly 3 years I really REGRET not coming here sooner. The food is absolutely sublime! The atmosphere for a date night was just perfect. After a long day of preparation for Easter for 3 daughters we needed a moment for us, before the next days celebration. We had the back room to ourselves and it was just perfect. I just had to say, my husband loves to cook for me, especially short ribs and a beautiful brown sauce and he is amazing at it. Well, this blew him and I both away. Also, the skewers were something out of this world. There is an article about them in Vero Mag. This place is a secret we want to keep to ourselves but a place with this much talent is meant to be celebrated. Ohhh and the Short Rib Rangoons! Thank you curfew for giving to very busy parents a couple hours to just connect and enjoy a wonderful place. We cannot wait to come back again. We had Short Rib Rangoon, Bubbly Crab & Artichoke Dip, steak skewer, Deviled Eggs, & a main Short Rib, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, Curfew Gravy.”
“Went there on 12/11. Food was great. The TV speakers on the patio were so loud that you could not hear anyone speak. Half the screens hardly had the good games out side. 1 was frozen. You can see people adjusting there hearing aids not joking. Even my friend visiting was adjusting. Even other people were complaining. I Spoke to manager. He said to complain to district since he had no control of volume ?????? It was not a good experience. So, if you want a nice eating time on the water don't go there when football games are on. For outside eating. I wanted to go because of the game, won't do that again. Unless they can control the volume.”

“Polo Grill is our go to in Vero Beach. Outstanding steaks, incredible chops. Corey was our waiter and he was fantastic. Smoked old fashioned and lemon drop martini were spot on. We all had an excellent time and the food, service and attention to detail is unmatched. Thanks for another great evening.”
“My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was a perfection . The place is pleasant and clean. I love the view . New England clam chowder tastes wonderful as our appetizer .We had the best and flavorful fried grouper served with fresh salad , steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes and with my pecan rice . We also have the delicious brownie sundae and crème brûlée among all other yummy desserts. Our server is very nice , attentive and quick . We will come back for sure .”
“We had an excellent breakfast. Reasonably priced for a Disney tourist resort. The key line stuffed Mickey waffles were really good. My wife an I split both. We also had dinner here and the Oscar style Mahi Mahi was excellent. Lots of crab on top. Great hollandaise sauce.”
“The place is run by amazing staff, the food is delicious, the drinks are refreshing, and the atmosphere is just right. The staff were super helpful and attentive while I was there. Since I’m a first timer in Vero Beach, I had a fantastic time and would definitely suggest it to others.
S/o to the manager he assisted me with door as I assisted him prior when entering. Just never know who is who, always be kind!”
“I don’t care what anyone says negative about this place. Sarah, Lindsey and Alexa are your bar tenders. They are the face of the company. They are so perfect in their jobs. The people who they take care of is our older population. I have witnessed them in action. The respect they give to people that are older is phenomenal. That in my opinion is critical for any company. i support these three women 100% in their values and their commitment to the company.”
“Celebrated my husband’s birthday there last night, it did not disappoint. First visit for us, drinks were delicious, appetizer’s, and dinner were some of the best food we’ve had. We started with the Crab Cake & Crudo, OMG!!! For dinner we had a Prime Ribeye that was cooked to perfection, and The Grouper with Crab Risotto, delicious, I want more!! lol Thank you to Trevor, and Liz for making the night so fun. We will be back soon.”
“Absolutely 💯 recommended. Excellent service, you feel like family. I loved this place. Thank you.”
“Congratulations on yet another wonderful experience. Definately the best food and service in Vero. Thank you Maureen and staff.”
“🧜♀️✨ Raving Recommendation: The Kilted Mermaid ✨🧜♀️ If you’re looking for a place that actually embodies community, inclusivity, good vibes, and zero tolerance for bigotry — get yourself to The Kilted Mermaid in Vero Beach. 🌈🍻 This isn’t just a bar. It’s a safe haven, a local treasure, and a technicolor rebellion against hate in heels and a kilt. Drag shows? Yes. Live music? Yes. Eclectic art? Yes. Raging moral panic? Not welcome. While certain folks (cough Jennifer Pippin cough) are busy pearl-clutching and falsely accusing Kilted Mermaid of corrupting the youth, the rest of us are having a blast supporting small business, celebrating queer joy, and drinking craft beer with glitter in our souls. 💃 The performances are electric. 🧀 The food? Next-level grilled cheese. 🎭 The crowd? Diverse, friendly, and fiercely supportive. The Kilted Mermaid is what Florida should be — weird, welcoming, and full of heart. So whether you’re there for drag brunch, live jazz, or just to stick it to the pearl-clutching hypocrisy machine — we fully recommend it, fruit and all. 🍓🫐🍊 #FloridaFruitLoopApproved #KiltedMermaidMagic #SupportLocalLoveLoud #SatireSassAndSunshine #DragIsNotTheDanger #GoodVibesOnlyVero”

“If I could give IHOP more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, CIERRA made the whole experience next level—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she actually cares, and that kind of service is rare.
The food was exactly what you want every time—hot, fresh, and done right. Pancakes were perfect, coffee never empty, and everything came out fast without feeling rushed.
Honestly, CIERRA is the reason I’ll keep cumming back. If you get her as your server, you’re in good hands. This is how it’s supposed to be done. 🔥”
“I was really surprised to find out that I could just order just a quarter pounder patties with nothing else and it was very affordable especially go at the rest of my lunch since I try not to eat too much processed foods but the meat was definitely worth buying”
“Today was my first time trying this place and I'm glad I did! Service was good place was comfortable and welcoming. The food was outstanding... I had garlic shrimp, butter chicken and garlic naan. By far the best I've had in many years. I will be back. You just earned a loyal customer.”
“Best firecracker shrimp I've had....the batter was crispy and shrimp was cooked excellenty...even creamy....the fish and chips is cod, this chef knows his cuisine with seafood/fish...coleslaw, fries and tartar spot on....worth a visit again...highly recommended and I don't say this lightly....”
Takeout Restaurants
“I have been twice and so far, food has been delicious and reasonable in price. It is a very homey diner place without all the fancy shmancy stuff but all the flavor. The eggs Benedict, sausage and biscuits were yummy. The pecan waffle and home fries were crispy and great! Peanut butter pie? To die for!!! Definitely recommend a try!”

“Saigon Sushi reopened today Aug 20th from a brief closure for renovations.. The food and service were fabulous. Always great to have Hunny as a server. I had the sushi shashimi dinner and Cheryl the chicken teriyaki. Cheryl and I both highly recommend giving it a try”

“Met some of the family that owns this fantastic restaurant on Saturday night. We had a date night and dinner at the intimate small bar with Cullen (bartender). We started by sharing a bowl of Sebastian Stew one of their all-time favorite most popular dishes. Then hubby had a bacon burger and I had the stacked delicious pork sandwich with bacon, coleslaw & much more. I tried the collaboration beer made by Dogfish (Grateful Dead pale ale) which was on tap. Hubby had bottled Coors light. Bartender very friendly and attentive and proud of his family restaurant- Rightly so!! Highly recommend…”

“People used to gather at coffee shops to talk, smoke cigs (gross) and hang out with friends if they didn’t drink… Now thats not really a thing. I’ve been in the kava community for 12 years or so in South Florida. I never thought I’d find another tribe especially in Vero. If you’re looking to have a coffee, kambucha, kava, or snack and just talk, play games, work… this is the place. Do you spend money? Of course, its a business! But the connections… and especially the owners have become like family. Come visit, you won’t regret it.”

“We ordered carry out last night and it was the best we've tasted in Vero. Our order consisted of Sweet & Sour Chicken, General Tso's and Crab Rangoon. Also ordered side salad with ginger dressing. Both entrees had light breading, high-quality chicken breast with light (not your typical) sweet and sour sauce. General Tso's sauce was freshly made to order and delicious. They actually asked how spicey I wanted it when we ordered. Crab Rangoon was made with light wonton wrap and you could actually taste crab. It wasn't crazy sweet like most you find locally. I loved it. Service was fast (10 min), staff were crazy nice and everyone was hustling! Inside only has a handful of small tables, so definitely a take-out for our family, but they do also have a few tables outside by the road. Not my cup of tea, so we'll just do carry out, but I'm fine with that! It's my family's new go-to for sure!”
“Weekend lunch spot, hole-in-the-wall place but not a dive. Chips and salsa immediately, spicy too, great for me but not for the delicate tastebuds. Super burrito is wet, zero flaws. Beans need another pinch of salt. Rice is tasty but typical, worth having. Chimichanga was crispy and delicious. This is everything you want in a small fondita.”
“Had the best little work-lunch escape at La Tabla on Royal Palm Pointe today and I can’t stop thinking about it. Such good vibes, and the food was next-level fresh. I had the ahi poke bowl (so good!) and this super refreshing avocado cucumber dill gazpacho that honestly surprised me — light, healthy, and full of flavor. What made it even better was that the owner, Santiago, took our order. He’s from Argentina and was just the kindest, most genuine person — the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. You can really feel the love and care they pour into the place. If you’re ever in Vero and craving something fresh and healthy, definitely go check them out. 🌿 I’m already daydreaming about a possible La Tabla x surfboard collab someday… how rad would that be? 🏄♀️🎨”
“This is the third time we've hired Wood N Spoon for a corporate box lunch. This time, we added breakfast sandwiches. They were huge. Most of us couldn't finish them. Breakfast and lunch were delivered on time, and everyone loved the food. I will definitely use them again.”
“We will definitely be back!!! We have driven by a few times and thought the place was closed. I'm so glad we stopped in, our food was absolutely delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was quite and enjoyable. I had the pineapple fried rice with scallops and the kids had the noodles and soup, I don't remember the name of the noodle dish but coming from a picky eater, he cleared his plate and has been asking to go back for more!!!!”
“I ate there last night on recommendation from y’all on another post. And it definitely did not disappoint!! Had the fisherman’s basket so I would get a taste of a few of their items. Oh! My! Goodness! Scallops cooked to perfection, shrimp cooked to perfection (very, very lightly breaded) and don’t even start regarding the fried oysters, melt in your mouth awesomeness!! Fish and the fries were amazing as well!! Awesome spot!!”

“We have ordered the same dish take-out twice from this place. House special fried rice the 1st time being very good and a good amount of the fresh ingredients. Yesterday same dish And nothing to compare. 3 shrimp and the meats large pieces of chicken and beef tough and tasted like rubber. Old food we got sick that night. Overpriced Will not go back”
“4 out of 5 days all summer I have delivered 30 plus or minus lunches to my daughter's camp kids. Most of the meals were variety everything from chicken tenders and barbecue to mac and cheese and fruits and fries. The orders were done expeditiously and with a smile. The orders were always prompt and fresh and well received by the campers. I must say my car smelled like heaven and we'll miss this thank you very much for your professionalism and your great meals!”
“This place is a hidden gem. They have incredible Pho, fresh shrimp rolls, tempura shrimp and incredible house special fried noodles! 😋 Here is the unpacking and preparation of my last lunch. We ordered 1 Vegan Pho medium spicy with extra tofu and created 2 nice bowls for lunch.”
“My family and I stopped by Vero Beach Carvel today. Such a nice employee. I wish I had gotten her name. She was patient and so helpful as my family took their time making choices. Even after my 4 year old niece decided she didn’t want the rainbow sprinkles on her ice cream🤪 the store was so clean and had so many choices. Thank you! We will be back soon.”

“We love El Sid! It’s our go-to spot whenever we’re in Vero Beach. The food is always great, and our kids love it there. The service is excellent—especially Alex, the manager, who always has a smile on his face. Great vibe and music! I even once forgot my wallet there, and he went out of his way to forward it to my home in New York after we had already given up looking for it. A true lifesaver!”
“I hosted a Birthday Luncheon at the Green Marlin Restaurant recently, and I was totally impressed at how caring and accommodating all of the staff were. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and spacious. Jenna, the hostess was wonderful!! And, we appreciated her offer of additional tables for our use, if needed ( and they certainly were). Our waitress, Cat, was very very friendly and attentive. She catered to us like we were royalty. Our food came out amazingly fast, and i must say, everyone raved about the food they were served. My Mahi was moist and fresh, the grouper was excellent, and the quesadilla's were mouthwatering. And, all the portions were more than satisfactory. We were a festive group and the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy our celebration. A Big Thank You To The Green Marlin For A Job Well Done.”
“I like to order the pepperoni pizza when at this mall in Vero Beach. It has a thin crust, nice and crispy - baked perfectly. You will receive your pizza order wonderfully warmed up. Delicious! The gentleman behind the counter who served me was very respectful and gave quick service. Thank you!”
“We went there last night. As usual excellent food and service. Diane was our waitress and fantastic. Everyone, without exception loved their food. Tacos, chicken crema, carne asada, burritos all excellent. The house margherita was massive, and was a two for one deal at around $11 (just over $5 or so for each). As a previous poster noted, we too found the music to be too loud on our previous visits - thankfully the music has now been lowered to "nice atmosphere" level instead of annoying. We will be back.”

“Cuban owned by the famous Estefan's of Miami. Parking limited, so had to valet. Resort / Restaurant had a nice ambience and dinner was fine, grilled chicken and grilled salmon. Strange thing was our waiter had never heard of Yuca Frita and no Cuban Expresso available at the end of my meal 😠. I think they've lost a bit of Cuban Tradition, but it maybe what sells in Vero Beach 😎”
“My friend and I had lunch at Waldo’s while in town and were so happy to have Heidi serving us, as she was our server 2 years ago when we were in Vero. She makes dining so fun ( and the table beside us agreed) and she is so knowledgeable. She suggested lunch items that were away from my norm, but she was spot on.”

“I stopped by Giving Tree Coffee Company this morning and had such a great experience! I ordered a hot Cubano to start — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced — and then took a dirty matcha with lavender syrup to go, which was absolutely incredible and something a little different from the usual. The atmosphere is what really stood out. It’s warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed with both indoor and outdoor seating. I met up with an old colleague and we ended up staying and catching up for nearly three hours — it’s definitely the kind of place you can settle into and enjoy. Excited to have a spot like this in Vero Beach. I’ll definitely be back!”
“Authentic, fresh and delicious! Grandma’s pie knocks it cut of the park and the stuffed buffalo chicken and spinach -ricotta rolls were dangerously delicious. The best pizza I’ve had since moving here from Jersey eight years ago, I finally found my pizza place! Great food, amazing service and wonderful owner!”
“I came here with my Mom and Dad and had a great experience. The restaurant was super clean, fresh, and very inviting. Everything we ordered was delicious and well portioned — especially the chicken satay, special Tom Yum noodle soup with ground pork, the chicken & vegetable Pad Thai, and the beef with ginger sauce stir fry. Definitely recommend and I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.”
“Large menu, food cooked to order in the kitchen not at a hibachi grill that you sit around. The chicken hibachi dinner entree was delicious. The meal came with hot soup and a ginger salad. Large portions, very reasonable prices. Not much space inside if you want to eat at the restaurant. The front door was open which was a little distracting and invited the outside in.”
“Great spot to go have a drink in town and just get great vibes from everyone! They really turned a bad location into one of the best hang out spots in town. The outside bartender Bri is so chill and always a great person to just talk to. Inside is where the magic happens..music is always on point and the bartenders Vick and Josh are just a whole vibe! And really are the heart and soul of the rowdy rooster!”
