So delicious !!!!! Everything made was so fresh and great portion sizes.
We love having breakfast here! Everything is fresh and portions are generous. The coffee is delicious. I appreciate how the ice is made of coffee so it doesn’t water down the iced coffees.
My only suggestion is that the place is so clean that the smell of chlorine or disinfectant is a little overpowering and mixes with the smell of food so it’s a little uncomfortable. But I appreciate the cleanliness and the amazing service 🩷

Palato Café is a hidden gem in Vero Beach. This little family owned spot offers a large menu with Whole Foods and carefully made items. The food is clean, fresh, and homemade. The service and atmosphere make this a 5 star. The staff is kind, helpful, patient, friendly, and accommodating. Meals like the Ceveche with avocado slices and mixed home grown greens, the Salmon Sandwich, Hawaiian Wrap, Cuban Sandwich, and acai bowl are wonderful. The pastries, including one filled with guava paste, and empanadas are delicious. The coffee, like Colombia coffee, is also good. Fresh fruit, rice and beans, salad, and chips are available as sides. The facilities are clean.
