We ordered 4 meals on line including one build your own bean burger for the one vegetarian in our group. We drove over, picked it up, returned home only to find that they had given us a beef burger. Called and after some persuasion they agreed to put an order immediately into the kitchen so it would be done when we arrived (as our other 3 meals got cold). I normally love this place but this time was just not great. The staff was lovely and kind but the food we had brought to us was upsetting and unpleasant. I ordered the Rachel like I normally do but this time it was sour and almost rancid. I couldn’t finish it. And something that really caught me off guard was the white pepper they had used to season the French fries. If you know white pepper you know the smell that emanates. Not pleasant.
