My Husband and I Went To Have Lunch...No One Came Yo Take Our Order Sitting There For 15 Entire Minutes! The Two Female Waitresses Just Walked Passed Us Many Times Attending To A Table Of A Dozen Women! The Place Was Virtually Empty! The ManagerWho Seated Us Acted Clueless And One Waitress Said She Did Even Not See Us! They Tried To Have Us Sit Again But We Walked Out..We Will Never Go Back There! Not Worth The Trip Of Aggravation The Overpriced Menu and Unprofessional Non-Service!

We ordered 4 meals on line including one build your own bean burger for the one vegetarian in our group. We drove over, picked it up, returned home only to find that they had given us a beef burger. Called and after some persuasion they agreed to put an order immediately into the kitchen so it would be done when we arrived (as our other 3 meals got cold). If this was it, I wouldn't have written a negative review except the counter person was not apologetic and in fact somewhat indignant saying she did her job, whatever that was. So, 2 trips, gas, and having to reheat dinners only to get attitude.

The customer isn't always right. But they are the customers. Our original server declined to wait on us due to our irritability at lack of acknowledgement after a lengthy wait... and those who came long after us being serviced first. We were given a back up server, and she is clearly the person they call on to neutralize uncomfortable experiences. Social skills and customer service training would benefit our original server.

We stopped with friends after golf and had lunch. I ordered a crispy chicken salad buffalo style. The others ordered sandwiches. My salad came drenched in blue cheese dressing to the point I could spoon it off the plate. The lettuce looked old and wilted inspite of all the dressing on it. Never having had their food, I gave them the benefit of a doubt. We ate and left not being able to finish it all. My stomach gurgled and growled all evening. Needless to say, I tossed my crispy chicken salad ALL NIGHT LONG!!! I’m still sore from retching all night. I can barely eat or drink, hate to sneeze or cough! Just be cautious of anything totally covered in dressing. Ask for it on the side! I won’t be eating lettuce or blue cheese dressing for a VERY LONG TIME! Sadly it was my favorite ?Parking: Located in a shopping area so lots of parking.

Barbara was excellent in providing expedient wait service . She was very attentive and professional. She’s a credit to the hiring staff in Vero.

I went to too Jays in Vero Beach to get an ole fashioned hot dog to take out!The sales associate told me that I have to buy 2 hot dogs. When I inquired further with the manager, he mentioned that I could pay for 2 dogs and only take one.In this day and age of fostering “customer experience” and building brand loyalty, I thought that comment was a pretty sarcastic and Rude.My last time for Too Jays for me!

I normally love this place but this time was just not great. The staff was lovely and kind but the food we had brought to us was upsetting and unpleasant. I ordered the Rachel like I normally do but this time it was sour and almost rancid. I couldn’t finish it. And something that really caught me off guard was the white pepper they had used to season the French fries. If you know white pepper you know the smell that emanates. Not pleasant. My partner ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was alright. A very big sandwich for the price and the spice level was almost too high. But once again the fries were throwing us both off. Over all I’d have to give this a 4.7/10
